Zucora

I Purchased a sofa from Leons Furniture store. The sofa color was light-colored and at the time of purchase the sales person suggested purchasing a protection plan from ZucoraHome.When ever I called ZucoraHome for service they told me there were so many exceptions.  2 times they sent some products and asked to try by ourselves. The product they sent was not useful and never removed stains. They tell many exceptions to provide their service . They said after stains we need to inform them within 21 days. Next time I called and informed them immediately and they saw the pictures sent by me and said based on their experience those stains were not recent stains. They ask us many questions and say not covered under service and keep on giving exceptions for everything and never provide their service. This plan is not a useful plan and unnecessarily wasting money for this plan. I strongly suggest not purchasing protection plans from ZucoraHome.

We purchased the warranty protection plan for Zucora from [redacted] and we were guaranteed any stain they will help us remove[redacted] We called Zucora to report a issue of a stain and the service we got from the customer service help desk ridiculous and we send pictures as requested and they were so rude and said it is not covered[redacted] Very rude and unprofessional [redacted] Very poor customer service [redacted] I will never recommend anyone to buy the same [redacted]

[redacted] Three years into the 7-year term, we have attempted to make what we believe to be a covered claim The initial phone contact included the statement from the agent: "you are probably out of luck" (...because of a certain circumstance...) The customer care agent requested submission of a photo of the damage I did not receive acknowledgement of its submission until I subsequently emailed and phoned to see if the photo had been received Acknowledgement followed, accompanied by a request for me to find and submit a unique identifying number on a tag somewhere on the furniture Since sending that number, we received an email advising us that the agent would have some information about our claim 'shortly' Since it has taken more than three weeks to get this far, we have little hope of a quick resolution [redacted]
