After searching Revdex.com for someone to do our door, we found *** and were very pleased with his service He pays special attention to detail and told us how to take care of our door afterwardsWithout having to ask, he knew to purchase a door that would not rot and of the best qualityHis free estimate was lower than the other estimates we receivedNote, he has jobs lined up since he is very good His work is worth the wait

[redacted] installed mosaic tile back splash in my kichen. Work quality was excellent. [redacted] and his crew was professional and timely. I would definitely recommend.

I received a quote for work on a [redacted] engine. It was itemized and requested a down payment of $2300.No work was done and cannot reach this businessThis is terrible that a person can run a business take money and then do nothing. This business should be shut down. Requesting funds to get a job started is not uncommon. I sent this business a check for $2300 and now it seems he is no longer in business or hiding. Website is no longer and phone is out of service. What kind of horrible person does this to hard working people looking for a service?Desired SettlementI want my $2300 back and this person to be in some type of trouble for running such a shady business.

Ordered and paid for a mid compression dressed engine, stage 2 Samurai engine in February 2014. I have tried to contact [redacted], the owner, for the past two weeks by phone and email. His voice mailbox is full and he does not respond to emails. I would like a delivery schedule or my money back.Product_Or_Service: EngineOrder_Number: Invoice [redacted]Desired SettlementI would like the owner to contact me with a reasonable delivery schedule or refund my money immediately.Business Response [redacted]- I'm sorry the timeline isn't working out for you but I hardly think this is something to make a damaging post about my business. We build custom engine in your chosen color, it takes a ton of time. The prep work involved to build just (1) can take 7-10 days to be correct. I would hope that attention to detail and 100% quality product is why you chose my company. We have been getting further and further behind and "yes" our mailboxes fill up daily. After 6 years in this business and over 600+ engines in the field we are starting to get the recognition that sends calls and sales through the roof. I have also had my own personal challenges concerning this business and I refuse to be the next "Big Box" store for the Suzuki crowd as I feel that would take away from my quality. What I'm saying is that I do apologize for the wait but my hands are tied and I have to work through this the best I can. I consider my record to be really good with production/failure ratio and this is the only way I can keep it up is to be focused when I'm building and not take calls/emails. These engines are complex machines and I feel they should not be built 20 minutes at a time. When the product leaves this facility you can rest assured every attempt to provide you with a 100% engine has been taken. We will be taking on a couple more employees to do strictly clean-up and break down labor but I will not have any other people help with the assembly or final check as I personally owe that to my customers. Regardless of how busy I think we may be having somebody other than the best assemble these engines would have the potential to cause a lot more in the way of time delay and reputation loss. After looking at all the complaints I have here on the Revdex.com it kind of sucks, all my complaints revolve around time yet nobody has a clue the actual labor or time that goes into this product. I will never make a claim that I can "bust one out in 2 days", does that really sound like an engine you want to pay $2500 for and expect it to last? While I do appreciate the seriousness of this complaint I do not like being attacked or having my judgment questioned in regards my business/profession. Unless you have actually built what I build how I build it I find it very unfair for anybody to make time statements or assessments. This saying has been around for a while and I feel it greatly applies to what I do"Quality, fast and cheap, Choose two you may never have three" Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I appreciate that he wants to maintain the quality and only work on the engines himself. However, when your asked to pay up front and then the company goes silent, you wonder if the company and your money are gone. He should have the courtesy to respond to paid customers and provide a good faith schedule of delivery. It required going to the Revdex.com to get a response that the company was still around. Please understand this was not an attack on you, but a concern for your lack of communication. You will continue to get Revdex.com complaints if you refuse to communicate with paid-up customers. I still have no idea when to expect my engine! Can you give me a reasonable idea of when it will ship?

Ordered an stage 2 long block engine. Already paid $2,370.00 plus few dress part I order later waiting for the enging with the promese of soon deliverOrdered a stage 2 long block engine. Already paid $2,370.00 for the engine plus delivery. While waiting for the engine delivery I ordered a few dress parts, with his promise of a tracking number for deliver of engine. He falsely promised over and over that the engine was done and would be delivered very soon. For the extra parts I promptly paid for them thru [redacted], the parts charge was $150.00 now making a grand total of $2,520.00 paid out for unreceived merchandise. He was so happy when I order this and very convincing of the soon delivery of the engine. Never happened, I read only one bad review in Revdex.com last year before I ordered the engine but as of last week he has 5 more complaints for delivery. He told me back on Feb that he got sick and he could not work for few days then few weeks later he was still sick with the same issue. He got mad at me because I told him that I was concerned about my delivery and I have seen some other people complaining for the same issue in a 4x4 forums and stated that I was getting concerned. He told there was not going to be any problem with my engine delivery but he did not need the stress. Comparing my complaint with the complaint on 9/11/2013 it seems very similar to the same actions. In the last phone conversation he stated that he would send the engine on Monday 3/17/2014. I then followed up with an email on 3/18/2014 asking for the status of the engine delivery and there has been no response since that date. As a customer vendor, which I am, our company provides avionics equipment to customers following a schedule of delivery which makes me acknowledgable of the responsibility of a delivery schedule. So it's a fact that a promise of a delivery can not be delinquent because it would give us a bad reputation which is what he has given himself. This product was paid in full with no delay so I am entitled to request status updates and bring concerns about the delivery, it's not professional for him to get upset and quit responding to phone calls and emails. I feel that I will never receive my engine or as the resort my money back.Desired SettlementI have a project that I would like to finish so I would much rather receive a well-built, quality engine as I was promised. If this is impossible then I would like a full refund. If we can not resolve this outside of court I will also seek refund of any legal fees.

Hello,I paid $3,120.00 in advance for [redacted] to build a 1.3 liter samurai stage 4 engine on 1-16-2014. I have subsequently been unable to contact company to arrange delivery despite continued phone calls.Desired SettlementRefund of 1331.50 deposit which they have acknowledged receiving.

This company took seven weeks to deliver my order, just to find that it was short three major components. I made a phone order with Zukiengines. com, [redacted] Lee on the week of 9/14/2014. The reason I made a phone order was because [redacted] said someone screwed up his [redacted] account. My check number 1004, in the amount of $956.00 cleared my bank on 9/22/14. [redacted] sent me pictures of my parts in a box minus the cam, hypereutectic pistons and rings. I called [redacted] several times and emailed him several times and he did not return my messages. The week of October 19th I called [redacted] and left a message so he called me on the 23rd of October and said he was shipping my order that day and he was sending me an email with the tracking number. I waited till the following week and then he sent me an email about a mistake so he was shipping my package. I got my package on Thursday the 30th of October. I opened the box to find that it was the same stuff he sent me a picture of seven weeks prior minus my cam, hypereutectic pistons and rings. I have called him and emailed him since and no response. Tomorrow starts the second week of November. I have all my email interactions with this criminal and my cashed check Desired SettlementI want either the parts I ordered or my money back
