Zuma Property Management

Adam, property manager at Zuma Properties, posts his rental homes on both Airbnb and VRBO. We booked our house with him through VRBO 6 months ago and upon arrival last Wednesday, there was another family staying at our house. Adam double booked the house for that weekend and has done absolutely nothing to help us fix anything. He didn’t help us book a hotel that night, he hasn’t helped us find another house to stay in this weekend, and we still have yet to hear from him at all after calling 20+ times along with texts. We are still dealing with getting reimbursement from VRBO from that first night hotel stay that we had to book ourselves when we were stranded. Adam is an unprofessional, scheming property manager and you should avoid Zuma Properties at all costs. We have not received any communication from Adam about the mess and wasted money he cost us from his mistake.
