I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Disagree, have never seen him here,also supplier said on original call that there was no delivery to this home on that date.Then called me back saying they did nothing wrong but that they could not provide me written proofI saved that message.ALSO ONE OF THE CRACKS ARE DIAGONALA verbal statement that mixture was right, is not sufficient I would like to proceed to the next step

Contractors response was that he was in litigation with concrete manufacturer This has nothing to do with me or my crumbling driveway I
contracted and paid Zumbino Concrete to install my driveway His supplier and "litigation" is his problem This response is irrelevant to my complaint

As far as the electric, we both knew that conduit was there. We had the garage light on to see if it went out and lost power, it still worked...

when we were done. Electric buried underneath concrete is almost impossible not to damage. I am asking that the customer provide a copy of the invoice/receipt and exactly what was done. If it something we damaged we will reimburse the customer for the electric.

there and walked up and down the driveway, all the cracks in control joints where they are supposed to be. The customer called the concrete supplier and was informed that we used stronger concrete than required. If he wants copies of the tickets I will make a copy of for him.

Revdex.com received the following response from Charlie at business: There is not one crack in the driveway. I walked up and down the whole driveway. Any cracks are in the control joints which is where they are supposed to be.
