Zuniga Refrigeration & A/C

We called Mr Zuniga and requested service on an ice machine that we had purchased from him. He came to our residence on 8-4-2012 and looked at the unit. He told my wife that it needed a new gearbox and that he needed $787.91 for parts. My wife wrote Mr. Zuniga a personal check (#[redacted]) for $787.91. Mr. Zuniga has since quit answering our calls and text messages. We have tried to contact him on his cell phone (###-###-####) numerous times and sent text messages with no response. The last time we heard from him was over a month ago and he sent a text stating that he had been in Mexico due to a death in the family and was back in TX.
