We spoke to customer, she filled out form incorrectly and received the images that we believe was what she wanted. Other than this method we didn't receive any calls or email prior to this to amend the error. We fulfilled the order to what she...
wanted after speaking to her and delivered photos to her school. We called (left message) and emailed her to let her know it is ready for pickup. We haven't received a response to see if she got everything to her liking.

I did speak to someone and resolve the issue. I was informed that the pictures will be ready for me to pick up and that they would call me. When I get back in town I will pick them up. The number that they are calling does not work. I did apologize for one of the mistake I made in the order form, the other mistake was all them. But they also apologize. The issue has been resolve and I Thank you! For your help.
