Zurich American Insurance

I was first hurt while on the job, It took 15 months to get surgery while waiting I returned to work and got a second injury. I waited almost 19 months to get a MRI in which was a demand from the judge. The Insurance company did not reply to any Doctors forcing me to use my own insurance. While waiting for necessary medical treatment I was released from my job. The Insurance Medical Evaluator IME said I could return while all other Doctors said not fit for work. This company should really be investigated for the neglect of the working people. They should be ashamed of themselves.

This company is a world wide giant insurance company. I am doing this with the hope that other workers and their employers who are paying Zurich for on the job protection in the event of an injury. You will all be disappointed in the event a worker gets injured and files a claim. I had an injury and also had back surgery. My problems are very real at 64 years old. Some how I survived the first 2 years of dealing with the very well trained attack lawyers from Zurich and there are many of them all over the world who just want to show the company how smart they are. So on they came first by claiming that after 15 years the company never heard of me. When that failed they claimed that it was job abandanment . I produced 3 months of cell phone records to prove that I kept calling to ask the huge construction company to give me a little more time to get better so Icould return to work. At this present time I have not been able to get any pain injections for 2 years because it seems that my 2 doctors are no longer smart enough to make the attack lawyers from Zurich happy. For the last 3 months I have had to pay for my own medication because the doctors that are on the payroll of Zurich are working with the attack lawyers and once again the paperwork that Zurich is asking my doctors for just keeps getting rejected and my doctors are getting worn out from this and that is what Zurich has been waiting for. I am waiting for a workmans comp. hearing so that I can finally talk to a judge.Me and my family are also Sandy leftovers that thank god F.E.M.A. WAS ABLE TO HELP US. Zurich is just another Sandy style insurance that says no comprendo.
