Requested a refund $59.95 for returning product unopened because my Dr. advised not to use becasue I am a diabetic. No response from the Co.I ordered the product Artrosilium because I received their brochure that It would help my arthritiz pain. Before I received the product, I had my regular Dr.s Appointment as I am a Diabetic. I mentioned the order to My Dr., and he advised me not to use the product becasue I am on four Different pills daily, and it would not be in good sense to stress my liver already in that state. I immediately returned the product with a letter indicating my Dr. would not approve of me taking this product becasue I am a diabetic on several different medications. I sent the prodcut by [redacted]. and with delivery tracking. The Product was delivere on Dec. 3rd. via the tracking number.IIcalled several times to ask the status of the refund and they keep telling me to call back, which I do without any resolution to getting my refund. I provided them with my tracking number which they verified as having received the product. I believe the order takers are in the Phillipines and I have no way to get in touch with the pricipals. I would Like to have my refundThey will not respond. Desired SettlementI simply want my refund of $59.95 per their guarantee as I returned the product which I cannot use.

I ordered 2 tubes of this product in aug 2014 in oct 2014 they are sending me another 3 tubes and 3 tubes of pills I did not order, wont refund meIn Aug. 2014 I ordered 2 tubes of Artrosilium gel. for my 92year old father on my [redacted]. In October of 2014 they sent him 3 more tubes and 3 bottles of pills. I didnt order any of that. There accompanying letter stated they are sending a 3 month supply. Along with that they charged my card 57.00 and said there would be another charge Nov 2nd and Dec 2nd for 49.00. I called them imediatly to have this item returned. They claim I agreed to have multiples sent to me. WRONG> They said to return it and they would credit my account, and as for nov and dec. that would be charged and then a credit right after. What was really strange the person on the phone kept stating I would get a refund even if I sent it all back with empty bottles. I did on October 17th sent it back as return to sender. It cost me 11.55 Priority Mail 2 day. It had to go that way because that is how they sent it to me. I do have a tracking number [redacted] which also includes a 50.00 insurance. they recieved the package on Oct. 20th around 11am. I have been calling every few days as well as checking my [redacted] account on line for a credit. They all claim that my package as not be received at that time. even though I tell them that the tracking shows it was received. Please help me get my money back. My account number with the company Zurich Biopharmacals is 75939 It says my status is Bronze. I have never had this type of problem returning products to any other company. I did not receive a full refund for a shipment I sent back.I was sent automatic shipments which I did not want in spite of phoning and requesting no more automatic shipments. I sent the last shipment back and received a refund for the first installment on my credit card, but was charged a 2nd and 3rd installment which never were refunded to me, so back in Feb. I wrote the company requesting them to send me 3 tubes of Artrosilium which would effectively use up the credit they owe me, but have so far received no reply. Could you please look into the matter for me? Thank you.Desired SettlementEither a refund or the 3 tubes of Artrosilium would be acceptable.

Best product for my knee pain. This product has done better for me than cortisone shots.. I take the pills. I use the gel now and then (when I remember)

Ordered a product, they sent wrong items. I returned the wrong products back to them, unopened. They received the return on Friday September 19, 2014. They are supposed to refund my $57.00 Today is 9-25-14 and I still do not have the refund. Every time I call inquiring about my refund they say they are "escalating" my account to the supervisor. They have been saying 3-5 days to get the refund. Now they are saying 7-10 business days and I was invited to "call back next week". I have been calling now 3 days in a row, and I assured him I will be calling every day until they finally, ever, decide to refund my money!!!! Received and Charged for something I did not orderOn 2/5/16 I called 1-800-229-0944 the only phone number listed. I told them I wanted to TRY their [redacted]...they offered the gel with the pills I said NO only wanted to try the gel. Order was placed giving my credit card....charged $26.45 for ONE tube. Today I receive a box with a THREE MONTH supply of both the gel and the pills. It says I am on their program and $57 was charged on 2/8/16 and $49 will be charged on 3/9/16 and another $49 will be charged on 4/8/16. I call and tell them I only ordered ONE tube. Alvin their rep was very apologetic and said something was wrong because the auto shipment plan never starts 2 weeks after receiving first tube. They should not have "signed me up" to their auto ship program. He advised I return the box AT MY EXPENSE and they will reimburse me the shipping and because they are computerized the $49 in March and again in April will be charged to me and then refunded back to me. WHAT kind of a business is this? After her telephone call to customer service she has been refunded the $57 that was paid. She will not be charged the following two installments of $49 each. After her refund of $57 was processed a credit card charge back went through which means her credit card company will refund her $57 and the company has refunded her $57. She has received $57 back twice. The customer can keep the extra $57 for the trouble of having to spend time to resolve this error made by the company.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)I drove the merchandise back to the [redacted] office where Zurich had a mail box. The merchandise was then delivered back to the Zurich, the seller.It is nice that they are willing to allow me to keep the double refund because if the inconvenience but When I spoke with my [redacted] company they said IF both the Zurich company and the [redacted] company made a refund of $57.00 they would probably take theirs back. I feel this seller should be more careful in their shipments....aka...only ship orders that were actually ordered. having my credit card number and "accidentally charging" an order I specifically said I did not want was wrong. I ordered coral calcium and another product from this company. I sent a check in the mail on 6-19-2013 for $57.00. 48 days later the product shows up at my residence. Well, needless to say I was angry that it took so long, even if they hold the check for clearing, that is still an excessive amount of time. My order # is [redacted]! So to make a long story short I wrote "REFUSED" on the package and the USPS accepted the package back for return to Zurich Biopharmacals! Now the problem, Zurich says they never received the package back! So I called the local Post Office and they asked me for a tracking number. So I called Zurich and asked customer service for the tracking number they said there wasn't any, imagine that! I can't image in this day and age any one sending products thru any deliver service without a tracking number. How then can Zurich prove that the products were delivered in the first place? I called customer service on 10-18-2013 and had to re-explain the whole situation to them. The customer service person then tells me to call back on Monday 10-21-13 after they check something out! So I call Zurich on Monday and the customer service person has no idea what I'm calling about! So I then started re-explaining the whole story and at some point they (ZURICH) HUNG UP ON ME! GOOD JOB ZURICH! I would like to stop Zurich Biopharmacals from sending and debiting my account. I have asked them twice to stop, and was told they would, however they did it again this month. The product doesn't work for me. It would be greatly appreciated if you would get them to cease. That has now been added and he will not receive or be charged anything further. He has been refunded the $57 charge for the last shipment he received but did not want. He has been refunded even though he has not yet returned it.
