After my wedding in December 2013, my wife and I waited until Thanksgiving to choose our albumUp until that pointZush was nothing but professionalOther people told me he disappears for long periods of time and takes forever to get their album, but I thought they were exaggeratingIn fact, they were underselling how terrible it is We were told that we'd have everything "in a few weeks." That was Christmas time, and it's now almost months laterWe got of our albums, but one of the parent albums has disappeared without explanationRepeated calls and emails have gone unanswered The quality of the pictures is good, and he was great on wedding day, but he's just a total disaster afterwardsStay away

Zush Photography did our wedding in They were very professional and friendly on wedding day The proofs were delivered in timely fashion; we felt photo quality was good & appropriate for the costHowever, for the past year and a half my parents and my wife & I have been trying to get our albums from him Despite scores of phone calls and emails (most of which go unanswered), and despite numerous promises to send the albums, we have not received them We have heard from other couples with the same problem We are sadly left with no option but to file formal complaints and prepare legal action in NJ small claims court

Other people told me he disappears for long periods of time and takes forever to get their album, but I thought they were exaggerating. In fact, they were underselling how terrible it is.
We were told that we'd have everything "in a few weeks." That was Christmas time, and it's now almost 9 months later. We got 2 of our 3 albums, but one of the parent albums has disappeared without explanation. Repeated calls and emails have gone unanswered.
The quality of the pictures is good, and he was great on wedding day, but he's just a total disaster afterwards. Stay away

Zush Photography did our wedding in 2013. They were very professional and friendly on wedding day. The proofs were delivered in timely fashion; we felt photo quality was good & appropriate for the cost.
However, for the past year and a half my parents and my wife & I have been trying to get our albums from him. Despite scores of phone calls and emails (most of which go unanswered), and despite numerous promises to send the albums, we have not received them. We have heard from 7 other couples with the same problem. We are sadly left with no option but to file formal complaints and prepare legal action in NJ small claims court.

Zush Photography did our son's wedding 6 years ago. Lost table pictures, difficult to reach and speak with. Does not answer, or return, phone calls or emails. When you do reach "Estee" she tells you the computer is down and never calls back. After many years of promising and losing our final selections, our album was "submitted for completion" and was to be ready in 4 months. It is now 10 months later and no album. Even after threats of litigation there is still no response. I would highly recommend NOT USING Zush Photography.
