There was an error in our system. The items that this customer purchased were delayed for many months. When we issued the refunds some went through and some did not. Unfortunately his was marked as having goin through.When I investigated with the credit card company I found out...
that the refund that I thought was for this order was in fact for another order. We tried to process the refund again but the credit card information has been purged.I sent an e-mail and left a voice mail that we can issue a refund via check or the customer can call me with the credit card information and I an issue the credit.We are now investigating all of the refunds for all of our orders.
