Zwilling J.A. Henckels

I ordered a Staub cast iron online and cancelled it ( it was wrong colour ) less than 24 hour .
Right after cancelling it over the phone , I ordered another one ( right colour ) .
Never received cancellation email so I called them 3 more times to make sure it’s cancelled . Every time they said . It is cancelled. Till I received the cancelled item.
Contacted them to send me a return label by mail ( it’s lockdown and everywhere is closed and I don’t have a printer ) . After calling so many times , finally Rita ( assume their manager) said , they will send it by mail .
Never received the return label and 10 days ago I was charged for second item which they assured me a month ago that it’s already shipped by UPS .
A month later I have not received a return label for their first item that mistakenly was sent and not received the second item but charged for both of them .
They don’t respond to my emails , messages and phones .
I started to read their reviews and just now I found out what a scam company they are.
Bunch of lies and not responsible .
