Upon purchasing his bike, [redacted] wished to keep it stored here at the dealership until he completed the rider training program that we provide. Successful completion would qualify him for his motorcycle endorsement. We made arrangements for him...
to take the next class we were offering (at our expense), after which he had second thoughts about motorcycle riding and wanted to back out of the bike deal. However, enough time had gone by between him buying the bike and finishing the course that his loan for the bike had already been funded through the bank and the title work had been submitted to the State.
After filing the Revdex.com complaint, [redacted] told us that he found a buyer for the motorcycle. We cancelled the Extended Service Contract that he purchased with the bike, and he came in and picked the bike up. As far as I know this should resolve things.
