A refund was issued today, 19 minutes before this complaint was submitted. This matter was resolved this morning. As the refund was just issued not one hour ago, it will take a day or two for his bank to post. Credit cards do not issue refunds in real time.I am sorry if this resolution was...

not to his satisfaction & I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this item being oversold by our supplier. This was an unintentional human error. Our supplier sold out of their shipment within 24hours due to demand and had not updated inventory accordingly. It is a simple misunderstanding. At the time this order was entered we had good faith that it was available, as indicated to us by our supplier. Additionally, at the time we submitted this order to our supplier, their inventory & our inventory feed both indicated inventory was available. To suggest that we were itent on committing fraud is libelous and not factual.I am walking out the door for an extended memorial day weekend and will return late on Monday. Should Mr [redacted] have any additional concerns I will be happy to address those at that time.Thank you for your time,[redacted]

Review: Items listed out of stock until May 15th, then on May 16th website stated items were in stock. Order placed on May 18th online with a phone confirmation. Two days later an email was received that items were not in stock but they could ship them out after they order and receive them. Phone call on May 20th to question the stock, was informed that they never received any stock of the "make your own Ball" kit. After website stated they did and phone conversation confirmed they had stock. Still awaiting refund from seller.Desired Settlement: The business needs to understand that it is illegal to sell goods that you don't actually have in stock as if you do. Then try to change the shipment date so they can order them to fulfill the purchase.
