Zyntix repeatedly tried to charge my credit card, EVEN after I closed the account with them I called to Wells Fargo to block them Right after I closed the account with them, a new charge for a slightly different amount was charged to my account! Thank goodness Wells Fargo's Fraud department caught it and called me I had to put in a dispute and change my Credit Card for fear of them fraudulently charging me again.....sigh These are bad actors

This company is involved with the typical a merican policy of bait and swindle They offered a "free"sample with the 'OPT OUT' clause hidden in the fine print The price of the product is never mentioned and when they have you on the hook, they quickly gouge two product into your billing cycle before you have a chance to look at your credit card billThe monthly cost for their product is $170/ month I am ashamed to be an am erican (please note no capitalization was intended) Seriously, _***

Between January 20th - 23rd , I was online on my phone and their was this ad about male testosterone distributed by Zyntix The ad offered a free trial of the product (Testosterone Complex) and (Nitric Oxide) The offer was a or day trial and all I had to do was pay for shipping ,which was $5.95/$If I decided to keep the product after the -day trial , they would continue to send the products and I would be billed monthly On 1-23-, the shipping charges were withdrawn from my checking account When I received the products I discovered that I couldn't take the Nitric Oxide due to other medications that I am taking Not only was that a problem but the small print said that they would be withdrawing $a month Less than 5-days I called the Customer Servnumber I talked to a lady an told her due to the medsthat I was taking I couldn't take the Nitric Oxide , and therefore I wouldn't be able to continue to receive their products The Lady said that

-Zyntix is a Rip off!
-I called Zyntix and they claim that after the day free trial they auto ship more product and I cannot find that information All it had was a packing slip with no prices on it
-They Charge $per bottle!
-Then Zyntix mailed me bottles of Nitric Oxide, Branched-Chain Amino Acids, I never asked for any of that All I ordered was the Testosterone as in the commercial
-When I called Zyntix they said they do not do returns but gave me a 50% discount on the last orders and will mail me another bottles for free I bet they won't be Testosterone bottles
-I tried to find reviews on the product and all I can find are more Zyntix adds plus one guy who claims it helps him with his gym work outs I did not buy Z for that and I'm not sure if he was referring to the Testosterone supplement anyway!
-I feel I was ripped off and demand my money back!

I purchased a free trial from this company and was not given the trial, but yet, was given the full product and charged full price without my permissionWhen I called to notify them of the issue they hung up in my faceI called again to talk to a manager and was not given my money back regardless of the error on their partThe supervisor in charge refused to acknowledge my complaint and failed to negotiate a fair and reasonable solution
