[redacted] I want a full refund, I didn't pay you partially. I will take any measure necessary to see that I get it. The least I'll accept is $50 and that's it.

Dear customer,  We don't sell fake products at all.. however if you feel that any of our product is fake, please return to us within 30 days.  If it is exceeded 30 days than we don't take return at all. Thanks

I am rejecting this response because: Why should I pay $110 more for a new screen, when I still have my 30 days warranty. All I asked them for was for my screen to replaced again as a part of the warranty, I do not need to pay more when they did not delivered since the beginning.I am not going to accept a partial credit because that would release my rights as a customer in case something else goes wrong with their work. All I am asking for is for the job to be done as promised, otherwise I don't think I should pay for a defective job performed. Also, they kept my phone case and did not give back to me.
