Today, I had the interview with the VP of Sales and it was very interesting.

The interview had nothing to do with the products you sell and supposedly I had no experience in selling, after selling more than $7 Million worth of softwares in one year with a total of more than $20 Million in my career alone, not including my team which exceeds $50 Million dollars in 5 years. Mr. VP of Sales for ZYWAVE [redacted] also stated that he was not sure why [redacted] got your resume. He states "[redacted] simply highlighted some small things in your resume and she never spoke to me about you.

After, I am explaining my role as Director of Business Development for Intelligent Ideas, LLC was to dress adequately and properly in order for me to be successful in closing contracts with Top Oil Management Official such as Exxon, BP, Rosneft, Gazprom, Slavneft, Taftnet and Lukoil because as sales person I needed to be at the same level of those TOP Management Guys in order for them to pay attention to me, so dress code is crucial in order for us to be successful.

Mr. VP of Sales responded "What type of watch you have" I said Patek Philippe then he replies "What type of Patek PhiIippe because I have a collection of 15 watches".

Obviously, he sensed competition, I don't know why because I was simply explaining him the culture of our company in order for him to have a better idea of my company culture. I told him every company has different cultures is all up to the individual to adapt to its culture.

I was disappointed by the interview because it was not related with the company, product, experience and networking at all.

Never in my life I heard that question in HR.

Did your company monitored the phone call?

VP of Sales also said that I will not have to bring my executive clothing to our company because the people that work for ZYWAVE has no type of idea what are expensive watches for example Patek Philippe He states one more time "They have no clue what is that". He states that the people that work for ZYWAVE are very simple people that have no clue what are luxury watches and so on, so Mr. VP of Sales felt, I was too good for ZYWAVE. This is 100% true and if your company was monitoring the phone call you will find out.

I truly believe that I was able to do the job excellent because right away, I was going to be able to push some products of ZYWAVE inside Intelligent Ideas, LLC such as HR, Ralle Warehouse and Broker Briefcase to my sister company in Finance located in Torino, Italy. I am a global sales person and business development specialist that has a track record of all accomplishments, contracts and list of clients not only in America, but in Europe, Middle East, Russia, China and South America.

New York is my market and I am more than qualify to perform this job at the utmost level with aspirations to take your product in different markets around the world.

The CEO should receive this e-mail in order for him to understand how articulate is the VP of Sales inside his company and the way the VP of Sales thinks about the employees that work and help his department to be successful. Is sad that companies give power to individuals like this one and is important that I tell you this because if I don't report this, none of you will ever know.
