Review: BUSNINESS RAN MY DEBIT CARD FIRST TIME EMPLOYEE SAID DID NOT GO THOUGH SECOND TIME WHICH DID WORK FOR THE AMOUNT OF 11.80. checked with my bank that showed card had gone through twice for the amount of 11.80 . called store asked me to take in proof,which I did from my bank statement,told me manager Erica or owner not there left my phone number for manager, recieved call of employee stating the manager checked with her debit machine she only had record of 1 transaction,which is in correct , manager will not take care of problem or call me her self. which makes me think how many customers have been in the same situation. It's come to the point that is not about money it's the principal of how she runs her business. Thank you for looking into this matter.Desired Settlement: refund and for your information how this busniness is being ran customers my be paying twice for what they are purchasing.
