I am rejecting this response because:
simply not true , the seller just decided to not sell it to the highest bidder because the bid was not high enough . classic for [redacted] sellers to do this .

4/14/16To whom it may concern:I am writing to a complaint received on [redacted] GOLF CART. On 4/10/16 we talked to the customer and told him to bring the golf cart back to our dealership the same way the golf cart had left our dealership and we will refund him the monies received by us. Now until he...

brings it back to us our hands are tied. Please let me know if you hear anything as we are ready to refund his money back. Please call me with any problems at [redacted]Thank You for your help in this matterThank You Dino L

This is ashame that there is people like this in this country.  I have given this guy everything he asked for and refuses everything.  again he inspected the car with a mechanic for an hour before he purchased the car and at no time he said he has no interest in the car.  He also signed an as-is where is waiver.  Drove home and started trashing me.  You need to put an end to this emailing.  I am no longer communicating with him.  He says he works all the time.  It looks like he has to much time on his hand emailing you guys.

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:

There is no doubt in my mind Mr. L[redacted] feels this is what happened. However he has left out a number of details which are important to this matter. Yes, I was interested in the [redacted] all wheel drive, as well as the all wheel drive [redacted]. I did drive the ** that was 10 days prior to stopping in to see what was going on with the repair on the 11 of December. Unfortunately the ** had electrical issues the entire right side of the vehicles lighting system including head lamps, turn signals and fog lamps did not work, as well as the radio, gps, and the display screen electrically go up or down or work. Mr. L[redacted] found an [redacted] Dealer to look at the vehicle for repairs since it happened when they C&B replaced the battery. After a week the [redacted] wanted some $ 2,300 to repair all the electrical damage and upon arriving on December 11 Mr. L[redacted] informed me of such. It was then and then only that I decided the [redacted] is the car I would prefer as I did not want to get into an electrical issue with the [redacted].
Mr. L[redacted] was well aware I was only interested in an all wheel drive as I explained I referee sports and wanted all wheel drive to get around to my games on less then perfect weather. We then struck up a conversation about a referee who works professionally that we both know. So it was at that point I felt comfortable with Mr. L[redacted] and he would be fair and honest. C&B motors promised to get the front end aligned for me by, "their guy" as well as a disc for the GPS system, (they copied one, bootleg, and it didn’t work) I had to buy one from GM. And they had a new tire somewhere that they would give me when I came back for the alignment. That was it the only complaints I had! It is a nice vehicle I do like it, it is just not what I was lead to believe I was buying. I can close the month long delay by documentation of a host of phone calls and stopping in to pick up the tire that was never there.and the date I never got for the alignment. I have documentation of calls and dates I stopped in as well as the result , which was left message no return call. I would be glad to mail via US Post , fax or scan and send if you wish along with other documentation concerning the [redacted] and the [redacted] and the Unprofessional way they are being swapped all around.
Please know this is all happening because after trying to get what they promised done was NOT happening so I went to get it, (the alignment) done on my own and would ask them to reimburse me. After all they have been so honest for 20+ years along with being so straight up and caring people it shouldn’t be a problem. So what happens next is crazy. The tires can’t be realigned as they are in too bad shape to align properly. But wait ! It was just inspected in December….No…… It wasn’t the stickers have NO VIN# on them records. A check with the Dept. of Inspections indicate it was last done in 10 of 2014, but I am not due for inspection till 12 of 15 how can that be? That’s another matter. Also it is not an all wheel drive vehicle. I was shown the front on a lift there are no hubs for all wheel drive. I call Mr. L[redacted] he is insistent it is and runs the VIN# and is surer then ever it is. Wait or he bought it that way and didn’t know, or it was hit in a nearby fast food outlet and his body man put a different trunk lid on it. He was sure one of them was true. I just asked him to do the right thing and refund me the difference in a [redacted] and a [redacted]. I was willing to understand it was just an oversight, a mistake, just be fare. NO WAY! He exclaimed I drove that car and there is nothing wrong with it. I asked him again to please just do what he knows is right and fare. No Luck so I file with the Revdex.com and other agencies. I have abundant documentation to support my claim if you like. Please provide me your choice of delivery, e mail, fax or US Postage. Lastly to address the negotiation, how could I negotiate for a two wheel drive vehicle when all parties were under the impression it was an all wheel drive? Ya think being in business 20+ years somebody there would know the difference between a 2 wheel and all wheel drive. They had their mechanic work on it at C&B shop to replace bulbs. It was up in the air then.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation in the matter.
Respectfully submitted,
[redacted]

about three months ago I purchased a 2002 [redacted] from the dealer. the check engine and oil light keeps coming on. also there were some putty issues on the pipes that were told were gonna be fixed and 2 months later still nothing. Yesterday it was 20 degress out and my key would not start the car because the ignition was jammed. After all said and done I will be paying almost 12,000.00 for a [redacted] that is worth abot 4000.00 tops. I understand it's a 2002 but there are too many issues that are going wrong and at this point with a wife and a three year old I do not feel safe driving it. this will be my second complaint to the Revdex.com. After the first complaint I was told that it was gonna get fixed. After a few attemps of contact I am just getting the run around at this point. This place was our only option at the time and we were told we were gonna take care of us. I do not feel safe in this vehichle and someting really needs to be done. we have tried many times to get this fixed and no results. we need help please.  if possible please put us in a more realible vehichle. its not worth paying a car payment for a car that is nothing but problems.

I am rejecting this response because:  There was no mention of the possibility of having a mechanic come to the location of the vehicle to inspect at a cost of $80.  The extent of the problems with the vehicle didn't need a mechanic to tell me that the check engine light was on, hole in muffler, control arm missing front end passenger side.  The extent of the rust issues under the truck could be seen just by walking around the truck.  Non of these issues were described in [redacted] Listing.  There is no excuse for leaving the aforementioned items out of the vehicle's description in listing.

To whom it may concern:On June 27,2014, [redacted] placed a bid on a 2006 [redacted] on our [redacted] site. 8 hours after winning the bid, [redacted] was contacted through our email ([redacted]) to let him know that we were canceling the transaction due to issues that we were having with...

the car. Because of issues our mechanic found with the transmission, we felt our obligation to cancel the entire transaction and refund the buyer his money. We did not feel it would be safe to drive this vehicle from [redacted] to Ohio. We contacted the buyer immediately after to avoid any issues. Usually the buyer will contact our office to see where we are located, travel arrangements to and from the airport, but nothing was ever communicated because we had canceled in a timely fashion. Monies were refunded. Safety comes first with this issue and communication with any of our cars. We feel we provided the best service to our customer and he is taking advantage. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or further concerns.

As of 9/24/2014, said vehicle has been fixed. Owners were notified and a new ABS unit was placed into said vehicle, there was nothing our mechanic could find wrong with the struts, and a new mirror was placed onto this 2006 [redacted]. We strive for customer service, and we are very sorry for the miscommunication this customer encountered. We had every intention to fix issues. For any further questions, please contact our office at ###-###-####.

To whom it may concern:We sold this car on October 14, 2015 on [redacted], and thru [redacted] we give a customer the chance to come view the vehicle with there mechanic and decide if they want to purchase the car.  We are a wholesale operation and do not offer warranties for any car under...

$3000.  This gentleman had every opportunity to inspect the car and decide whether he wants to the car.  We do NOT have a mechanic on site to tell us whats wrong with every car that come in and goes out. We specify more than once any car we sell under $3000 is sold AS-is.  our ad also states as-is and we make the customer sign in numerous places AS-IS.  We will do anything to help the customer to an extent and give him every chance to back out of the deal but they arrived looked at the car and went thru with paperwork.  The car was a 2002 [redacted] with 112000 miles and was sold under market value and was sold as-is.  We aim to please our customers and for the customer to spend only $2700 for this car its hard for us to help him now.  Below is the description listed in our ad on [redacted] which he read and also signed. This vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no
warranty, expressed written or implied. The seller shall not be
responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or
defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No
allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness,
imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are
for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a
warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have
thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or
herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that
judgment solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort
to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the
buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no
responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about
the vehicle. Thank YouDino L[redacted]

To whom it may concern,
On December 11, 2014 [redacted] arrived at C and B Motors to purchase a vehicle. After greeting and discussing purchasing options we narrowed his search down to two...

different vehicles. The two vehicles up for question were a 2005 [redacted] and a 2008 [redacted]. At first [redacted] was leaning more towards the [redacted] and originally left a deposit on it. When returning to C and B Motors for the second time to take delivery of his vehicle, [redacted] had enlightened us that he has changed his mind and would rather purchase the [redacted]. So by request we changed all the paperwork over to the [redacted] made the decision himself to purchase the [redacted] over the [redacted], and was extremely happy with the [redacted], the way it drives, looks, etc. So we proceeded to delivering the [redacted] to [redacted]. At time of delivery we agreed with [redacted] that we would supply him with a GPS map disc for the vehicle, which we supplied a couple days later. The [redacted] was actually a personal driver for one of the employees of C and B Motors, the car was driven daily and there was no known issues with the car. The car was professionally maintained and extremely well up kept. [redacted] was extremely happy with our customer service to the point where we had talked here and there about the vehicle and how happy he was with it, and how well it runs.
A month later [redacted] contacted us at C and B Motors and told us that he had an alignment done to the vehicle, and during the alignment the mechanic told [redacted] the vehicle was not AWD. [redacted] then accused C and B Motors of selling him the [redacted] under false pretenses of it being an AWD vehicle and also planting a 4 on the deck lid of the vehicle stating that it is an AWD. We sold [redacted] the vehicle exactly as we received it, there was absolutely NO alterations made to it. We here at C and B Motors have been in business for 20+ years, and we are known here for being honest, straight up, caring people. Regardless of the matter [redacted] is seeking a refund for $3000.00 for the difference between an AWD and a 2WD [redacted], but none the less he purchased the vehicle for $13,900 as stated on the Bill Of Sale [redacted] signed. $13,900 was the price negotiated between both parties, now if [redacted] later down the line found out that he may have overpaid a bit there is nothing we could do at this point. If there was a pricing issue, that should have been discussed and negotiated before all documents were signed and the Vehicle was driven off the lot. C and B Motors purchased the [redacted] from a bank as a repossession 2 years ago, and we purchased it under the impression that the vehicle was a AWD car, then it was purchased and driven by an employee for two years who was driving it under the impression that it was a AWD car, so finally the vehicle was sold to [redacted] as a AWD car. C and B Motors whole heartedly believed the [redacted] is AWD and is offended that [redacted] is accusing us of Selling the car under false pretenses. For any questions or concerns, or for further explanation please Contact C and B Motors [redacted].
Sincerely,
Daniel L

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: they failed to understand my situation.
[redacted] agency already refunded my $500.00 deposit, because they understood it was fair and just that I could have my money back. [redacted] helped me to solve this situation.
This dealer C&B Motors. kept the $500.00 deposit. I  was only trying to explain to this dealer my suddenly crisis situation, but they could not understand.
Case closed satisfactorily, thanks to [redacted] agency and Mr. Clay M[redacted], he did a super professional work. With sensitivity, concern and understanding of my personal situation.
Thank so much for your concern.
Regards,
[redacted]

[redacted] was the highest bidder of 13 others on our [redacted] auction for a 2003 [redacted] ( VIN: [redacted]) on 2/3/2015 for the price of $4990.00. As our rules state, for someone to bid on a car and win the auction, they are required to leave the $500 non-refundable deposit...

and pay for the car within 10 days of auction end. After [redacted] won the auction, he claimed that his wife would not let him purchase the car. C&B Motors believes that he should have discussed this matter with his significant other before even bidding on the vehicle. He then sent us threating messages about holding his nonrefundable deposit and would not answer any of our phone calls. We do not take kindly to those kinds of people here at C&B Motors as we try to be as helpful as we can to resolve any issues.
If someone wins an auction and within hours later leaves a deposit, it clearly means that they are in fact going to purchase the item. [redacted] also claimed in the “Customer's Statement" of the Revdex.com Letter that he thinks that the runner up bidders do not exist. How is that possible if there was a total of 13 bidders on this auction?
C&B Motors believes that [redacted] should have been aware before bidding on an [redacted] auction that by bidding, he agrees to purchase the item.

2/20/17To whom it may concern:Back on 2/11/17 our company sold a car thru [redacted] (2010 [redacted]) in the amount of $12502.76. All our vehicles are sold AS IS WHERE IS on [redacted] site. Customer arrived at the lot with his father that Saturday to pick the vehicle up. While here they spent a few hours...

looking at the vehicle including a test drive and have discovered there were some issues with the car and was willing to keep the car if they purchased the car for $11000, Our company agreed to sell them the car for $1502.76 less then the price of the bid and they agreed to buy knowing the car needs a few thing to make right. They then drove the car 800 miles home with no problems, These 2 guys looked this car over very well while here and were very familiar with the mechanics of the vehicle and what to look for. We then receive a phone text with threatening language "If we do not help them it will get ugly when we cross paths". That it will cost more than expected and we want more money. We have been in business for more than 20 years and never receive threatening text before like this.Your complaint says he bought the car for $12500. We have a receipt PAID IN FULL $11000.These two customers are full of lies and treats and we do not appreciate the acts they are trying to perform and would like this to come to an end.C and B Motors [redacted] Norwood, PA [redacted]Please call me with any problems at [redacted]Thank You for your help in this matter. Thank You Dino L

June 26,2017 [redacted] purchased this [redacted] on [redacted].  We list all our cars with detailed descriptions to the best of our knowledge.  We do also sell all of our cars AS_IS on [redacted] so we do not have any conflict like we do here.  Customer brought to our dealership his own...

mechanic and spent a very lengthy time inspecting the vehicle on his own.  He then proceeded to sign all our documents(title, bill of sale) also all AS-IS and headed home roughly 250 miles with no problems.  He then after 30 days started calling and harassing our office with threatening phone calls.  I also offered to help him towards any repairs and could not state was was wrong with car.  So please help me remove this crazy man so I can on and conduct my business.  Negative feedback towards a 15 year old truck that was sold AS-IS and also inspected by his own certified mechanic for a lengthy time is not necessary. Again he showed up with his mechanic and no one forced him to buy the car.I would like this resolved and all remarks taken away from my business.Stated no leaks trans leaks front diff leaks read Revdex.com before bidding frame rot  this comments are unexceptable
