Please have the customer contact [redacted], Local General Manager, to work out a solution. She is expecting to hear from her either on the phone or walk-in.

We are researching the issue and ask the customer to hang in there until we have been able to duplicate the issue and find a resolution. Thank you.

The local office sent a tech out to fix the issue. A credit was applied to the customer account.

The modem was monitored for a period of time and no issues were recorded. We understand the customer's position, however, there is nothing more we can do without witnessing a problem.

Customer received a large credit and was put in a promotion. This is resolved.

The local office researched this issue and found a mistake with accepting the customer's check. Therefore we will waive the late and bounced check fees if the customer pays their correct balance of $310.04. Please contact [redacted] at ###-###-####.

The intermittent issues was repaired on 1/27 and a $150 credit issued.

My internet worked great for the first month that I purchased cable one. Since then it has been an expensive nightmare (going on about 4 months now). I started getting very frequent disconnects (about once every 5-10 minutes.) I called up tech support and after trouble shooting they assured me it was my modem. I called my modem people and had them send me a replacement. The replacement modem had the same issues. They sent out a tech who came to my house and within 5 minutes of arriving left and told me that everything was fine. The problem persisted, I called again, they suggested it was my modem. I went and purchased a completely new modem and router (this time from a different company), the problem persists. They sent out another technician who at least acknowledged there was a problem but he said he couldn't fix it and didn't have any suggestions for me. I am now in situation that from 3pm to 7pm my internet works perfect everyday, but all other hours it disconnects me every 1-2 minutes and then comes right back. Cable one is the only cable internet provider in my area so I am forced to play their game if I want high speed internet (centurylink only offers 3mb speeds). BUYER BEWARE: they will do absolutely everything they can to blame other people/companies for their own problems. They are completely fine with not fulfilling their obligations even if you pay your bill on time every month.

The local office contacted the customer and resolved the issue.

The original deal was provided at the installs and documented in the contract signed. Cable One has, and will continue to honor that arrangement.

After researching this issue we were able to find three times the customer was informed about what should be done prior implementing the seasonal policy, twice over the phone (we have copies of he recording) and in person (at the local office). We are willing to work with the customer but would...

If the customer returns the modem, a credit of $112.94 would be applied to the account leaving a balance of $6.94.

that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I need them to call me because they only called once and someone left a message but I have not been able to get in touch with the person I was supposed to call directly as the message was erased by accident. This is not their fault but the regular office number no one has a clue who called or why, so another call to ###-###-#### would be much appreciated.

The local office reviewed the account and found the collection amount is valid (past due at the time of disconnection). The former customer will need to pay this in order to close the collection.
