I just wanted to give you an update on my complain concerning Eastern Lettering.They have mailed the items that were ordered, which I was charged $**[redacted] Canadian for However, they have not refunded me the unauthorized charges of $**[redacted] Canadian on March and $***Canadian on March 25.Thanks so much, [redacted]

PSI have attached some of the attempts I've made to Eastern Lettering via their email address* *** Perhaps you used a different email address or their spam filter is set in such a way that they have not received my emails, but they most certainly have my contact information and made no request from me seeking approval or other informationFrankly, I would be happy to have had a conversation on the phone or a response to an email

We have not received the items back Not sure what you received Will be happy to reship a new order out You were supposed to read the peeling instructions on the bottom of the flier Your letters were correct

Item was backordered and WE HAVE NOT gotten any email correspondence from the customer.   Item is now in stock, but need to make sure the customer still wants the items and has not put in a credit dispute.We can ship immediately upon approval.

This order shipped 8/12/2017 and was delivered via USPS first class shipping.

PS  Received my order on Aug. 23, over a month after ordering.  I would not do business here again and advise others to stay away from this company. This company is very unprofessional and has many complaints against it. The merchandise seems to be ok.
