I clearly said I wanted a full refund as order should not have taken over a month to receive. I no longer need the items, owner never replied to my multiple outreach calls and emails, and had plenty of time to reply before now. I also read online that owner replies that order shipped and never received by anyone. I frankly do not believe he is credible at all. I don't believe for one minute that he shipped items. If he did, that's on him. I DO NOT want the items and want a full refund and want him prosecuted if needed. I'd also like to see PROOF that items were shipped prior to my complaint. I WANT FULL REFUND NO MATTER WHAT HE OFFERS. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH HIM AGAIN. FULL REFUND ONLY.

PS. I have attached some of the attempts I've made to Eastern Lettering via their email address[redacted] Perhaps you used a different email address or their spam filter is set in such a way that they have not received my emails, but they most certainly have my contact information and made no request from me seeking approval or other information. Frankly, I would be happy to have had a conversation on the phone or a response to an email.

Called business spoke with Ed. He stated that the return address is [redacted]. Once the products are received back a full refund will be issued.

Ordered a. Item from Eastern Lettering and never recieved it. I tried to contact them by email and then phone. I was hung up on when I called and then they wouldn't answer my phone calls when I called back. I ended up filling a claim with PayPal to try to get my money back.","neg-1

Please don't waste your time or money with this business, very cheap material not what they advertise and rip you off on shipping. Items came in a letter envelope with a $0.50 stamp that they charge $5.95","neg-2
