I was satisfied with the AC checkup service by Matt *** He was very thorough and had explained my A/C checkup in detail I had an issue with a noisy vent in a bedroom It turned out to be minor and he adjusted the vent blades to keep them from rattling He also changed my filter and brought the old filters left by other service reps I am very happy with A #Air I have used their services for plumbing also and called at night on a weekendThey cleared out my sewer pipes within an hour and had my toilets working immediately I didn't get to write a review when they did the service last year I haven't used the electrical services yet but have a electrical issue and will call them soon

We are pleased with the companyThey gave us a quote on a SundayOn Monday their technicians came and replaced the existing system with the Lennox system both AC and FurnaceThey added some duct work as they said they would do and also added one more ventThe technicians did not waste a single moment even though the day was hotAt the end of the day they had finished the installation and the AC was working very well.They also hauled away the old systemWe had some noise in the attic for a few daysAnd another technician came to fine tune the system and make it with less noisyHe also added an external sensor to show the outside temperature and humidity in the thermostat
The technicians are highly skilled, efficient and pleasant to deal with

A#Air replaced one of my central air conditioning and heating units in my home The cost was very competitive and the installers were very professional They sent a follow up supervisor one week after the unit was installed to check out the unit, ensure it was operating properly, and that the job was done to company specs An additional one year check was done today by their Technician, Dustin Bryant, at no charge to me Dustin was very responsive and had customer service, clearly, as his top priority My thanks to Dustin and A#Air for a job well done

He even helped us carry in a huge box of cat food from the front porch, that I would have had trouble lifting in
