The company refuses to respond to my Emails, you cannot reach them on the phone, and they have failed to refund my money for a return

I was forced charged for of the exact size, color of coats I only wanted I was never asked to confirm the total charged
On Thanksgiving Day, I wanted a black leather coat, size small There were none in the store The salesperson checked and the only available coat was online I agreed to have the coat shipped to me w/free shipping This rep did not confirm the amount to be charged and she ordered coats instead of only I wanted her to correct this She got the manager, whom after minutes of checking things on the computer tells me that there is nothing they can do because they "don't know where the coats are being shipped from I could be another store or from the warehouse." Guess.com made a mistake by shipping the gift I ordered for my wife's sister WITH RECEIPT PRICE AND WITHOUT THE GIFT MESSAGE I WROTE
This put me in a very embarrassing situation among family members especially I was sending this gift to make relations go better but obviously that was not the case
I had to send another gift as an apology in order not to lose my social connections with family through a different channel ( I asked guess.com to do that first but they refused and to make things worse said they will send a return label to ship the gift back !!!)
Guess.com customer service admitted that was their error but what they did is that they offered a 15% coupon ( which is irrelevant simply because I will never use them again )
Now I am asking for a full refund for my order as they failed to send what

Defective pants
my partner and I for some time have purchase the same pants over and over and each one has always ripped in the same spotI have had my most recent pair for less than a year and only washed them a hand full of times and its completely ripped between the thighsAfter doing researching it appears this is a common issueThis is extremely upsetting because your pants are expensive and they don't last at least yearI already emailed you customer service about months ago or so and no one till this day has followed up with me

Denied the refund even when trying to return an item within the stated return date
I have purchased an item (model #63GXXXXXXXZ) at Guess store in Westfield Valley Fair mall on July 23, I had shopped in that and other Guess stores before and had always known that their return policy is daysIn addition, it was clearly stated on the receipt that receipt expires on August 22,
This was written right below the bar code:
"Returns and exchanges may be made through 08/22/2016"
However, when I tried to return item on August 21, 2016, I have been told that because an item is a *** brand it has a different return policy (days) and apparently that is stated in the fine printTherefore, I was unable to receive full refund and only option was to accept a gift card

Please read below of the poor experience and interaction with the management my husband and I had at one of your locationsTruly disappointing as Guess had recently become our spot for our clothing
On April 8th, while on vacation, my husband and I shopped at your Las Vegas store for outfits for my bosses Kentucky Derby themed partyMy husband was the only successful one on this visit, purchasing a turquoise pair of shorts which we planned then the rest of outfits around
On the day of the Kentucky Derby we discovered a sensor was left on the shortsVery upsetting, so my husband and I had to find other outfits to wear we already had
On May 21st, as busy parents we finally made time to drive out to the Brea, CA location in hopes of returning the shorts since my husband did not wear them to our eventThe sales associate *** was friendly and apologized for the issue and said she would just need her manager to approve the returnShe quickly returned with the manager *** who immediately began to place blame on us and tell us why he would not take the shorts back, with no apology or any accountability on the brandHe wouldn't even look at me and made me feel like somehow all of this was my fault and he was reprimanding me
He explained the day policy, which I get, but this was a different situation We had planned outfits early for this party and had absolutely no intention of returning - however the sensor that was left on kept is from wearingHe finally agreed to store credit
I'm okay with the credit, but it's the way the manager *** handled the situation right from the beginning and throughout the transaction was uncalled for
His attitude and lack of respect truly showed he lacks in leadership and customer service skillsYou can hand anyone the keys to a store, do inventory, and write a schedule however you cannot coach a bad attitude and to be courteous and respectful
I will no longer shop at your store and detour my friends and family for doing the sameI'm sure *** will get talked to internally, but in my opinion a demotion is the minimal action that is neededHe has proved he can not fit a manager role

Customer service and customer care is not top priority with Guess Canada
Bought a watch from Guess as a gift for my daughter, and the gold has come off after wearing it timesTerrible quality
The manager on duty, *** (Employee #XXXXXX) was rude, and condescendingTelling me that it is over days and there is nothing she can do about it
I tried to explain it was a gift, however that made no difference
Further to this, when I purchased the watch, the staff mentioned that I would have to size the watch somewhere else and return with the receipt for reimbursement
Upon returning to the store today, *** told me she cant do that, and didn't believe the staff would tell me such a thing
All in all, waste of time and money to go back to the Guess store, to only be sent away unhappy
I, or anyone else in my family circle will never shop at a Guess store again

On May 30th, GuessFactory online was selling certain items for $I ordered some items, and the order was confirmedThe second time I went to order items, when I went to check out, the prices all got changed I wrote a complaint on the Guess Factory website and I requested them to honor the prices they had posted online and they apologized for a computer error, and offered a 25% off my next order, but they cancelled my original order

This company is a very cheap and very layer company they never give you answer for having costomer service we purchased the cloths and we wanted to returned it tgey didnt return and from costomer service promised to take care of us but they igorned us I just want to inform yonge girls who work hard be careful the dont give you money back as they did to my daughter
