They sold me faulty merchandise and wouldn't make it right in any way but were happy to make me run around town and waste hours of my life

I have been dealing with an issue over a pair of sunglasses for almost a yearMy GF bought a pair from Guess Store in Fashion Valley (no not the outlet the actual store) in Nov of 2015, and they screws promptly fell out of themShe had already gone back to Australia so contacted Guess store there who said they cant return it since she bought it in US but told her to email customer serviceSo this is in December, and she did explain she had her credit card receipts but no store receiptThey informed her to go get them fixed at an approved service placeShe went and had them "fixed" only for them to break again, so she contacted them again, and the same thing happenedThe issue is that they a bad design and break which Guess wont address and wont let her return since even though they are the same brand and name

I have more than just one issueI am so angry right now that I debated whether or not I should even make the complaint at this moment because I am so angry, but anyway, first, I ordered a pocketbook on December 11th and they sent me the WRONG HANDBAGYes, a completely different color!!! I received a defective bag for ChristmasAfter contacting customer service four times by phone and times by email, I have not received any response
My order number is XXXXXXXXXXXXI have an open complaint number of XXXXXXI received a Weekender bag for Christmas and after six weeks of use, the bags stitching ripped completely from the pocket and caused a tear in the front of the bagI contacted customer service on 2/16/16, 2/19/16, 2/22/16, and 2/25/On the rep told me to send an email with pictures and that I would receive a response within hoursI sent the email on with attached pictures of the defective bagWhen I received no response I continued to call customer serviceI was again told by a representative on the next three consecutive calls that I needed to send an email with attached pictures and that a response would be received within hoursI have not received any response and each time I have called, I made it clear that I already completed

I ordered 2 bags from Guess factory on 10/29/16. One bag was received timely and on 11/6/16, I received notification with a tracking number that the second bag has shipped. I tracked the package on 11/18/16 and noticed that it had still not been picked up by UPS so I called Guess, this is when my nightmare begins. According to Guess, even though the package shows not shipped, they WILL NOT be refunding my money until they hear back from UPS as to the reason why they did not pick up the package. WHAT? Why do I have to be out of money while you go back and forth with UPS? I do not have a contract with UPS; I have a contract with GUESS. Today is 11/26/16 and I do not have a refund.
This is not acceptable and I Guess will refund my money. I no longer want your product and will not be buying firom you ever. It is not fair for me to pay interest on a payment when I do not have the product.
BUYERS BEWARE!!

Very poor online system as it filled an order then send you out of stocks email notification hours later. They did this multiple times. When I called they handled my issue very poorly. The first time I called the agent responded saying she will expedite the shipping for the missing item (Items got stocked in less than 24 hours from send out of stock and messing up my order)

Called couple hours later to confirm as the phone was dropped with the first agent after one hour and half of waiting. 2nd agent said the order wasn't expedited as priority and she will try to expedite it. I have a flight to catch on Saturday and this was Wednesday. My original order was a week before that

I have a flight on Saturday so time was very tight. They send a notification to the warehouse to upgrade to expedited and after couple escalation they confirmed it was going to be expedited.

It didn't stop here! toward the end of the day that more items are out of stock (Basically 5 out of 7 items). They sent an email that one item out of stock but when I called they said wait and see maybe you get all items! Then I escalated because I said I need to go to the store and fill up the missing orders and you can't leave me hanging. The rude escalation confirmed the whole 5 out of stocks and that if item out of stocks then they can't do anything! (So why your system filled my order in the first place??? and your agent failed to find out? and then when they sent notification to warehouse they failed to confirm that they don't have the order they agreed to expedite? Who is running that place!!)

The rude agent name was Debbie and she refused to give me her last initial or any identification number as employee. She said you are going back to escalation queue and we will call you back end of day or tomorrow (knowing that I have a flight next day)

anyway. Stay away from guess.ca. Do yourself a favor and go to the store if you really want their product don't even think that you are saving time by ordering online.

Time spent was a multiply of the time I would have spent in store.

Items were shipped into different packages on different days so by the time I confirmed the missing items it was too late.

This must be the worst online retail I dealt with in 2016. Actually wait the worst in the past 10 years.

No one wanted to be accountable for the mistakes they have done and the poor system they have.

No wonder they missed on their sales last quarter because if your online retail can't compete with the level of service out there then good luck with your business.

STAY AWAY FROM GUESS ONLINE!

I ordered 4 items and I only received one accurate! I ordered some Ponte leggings and received an email saying it was out of stock! Y'all need to come up with a better system on updating the inventory! I order to pair of shoes and received one order with 2 LEFT FEET! How in the world do you send this out? Are the orders not checked for accuracy before shipping out? I received my other order of shoes that were suppose to be neutral and got black and white heels! Again how in the [redacted] does this happen again? This never happens with [redacted] or [redacted] I get my order 100% accurate with no complaints! And all I get is a 15% off coupon? Really I couldn't get the shoes because there are out of stock! I will not be returning! Someone needs to be held accountable for shipping out inaccurate orders. This gives GUESS name. I will not be returning to there online store.
