I had a problem and needed to replace my HVAC unit. [redacted] the service man, who has responded to my problems before and always in a very timely manner. was quick to respond and gave me the option to repair a 13 year old unit at $2400.00 or replace it. [redacted] the engineer came out and missed me and came again when I rescheduled. He answered all of my questions and after running calculations was able to install a 1.5 ton unit. When I decided to install the new unit, the Installation team headed by [redacted], came out the following day, and by mid afternoon, everything was running great, and I was prepared for family to come on July 4, 2016, weekend.

[redacted] C. came out to service our HVAC units. He was very thorough and even washed down the outside of the units as well as cleaning the insides! He explained the condition of our units in an easy to understand manner and made a few suggestions regarding the filters going forward. He was very friendly and courteous and comported himself in a professional manner. We have used J&J for over 15 years and have never been disappointed with their service or their products.

We were in search of a new Heating and Air Facility to help do maintenance on our units. Of course on a Sunday our heat stopped working. I called J&J Mechanical and they had a technician out here the same day and fixed the problem. [redacted] was very professional and knowledgeable about the [redacted] System. Looking forward to have them continue doing service for us.
