I have used J & J Mechanical for many years in multiple houses and have yet to have a problem. They are awesome. It's supposed to be really cold this weekend and our heat stopped working two days ago. [redacted] came less than 24 hours after I called for service and took care of the issue quickly and thoughtfully this morning. Every technician I've dealt with over the years has been wonderful. The office staff are also always very pleasant.

I had a problem and needed to replace my HVAC unit. [redacted] the service man, who has responded to my problems before and always in a very timely manner. was quick to respond and gave me the option to repair a 13 year old unit at $2400.00 or replace it. [redacted] the engineer came out and missed me and came again when I rescheduled. He answered all of my questions and after running calculations was able to install a 1.5 ton unit. When I decided to install the new unit, the Installation team headed by [redacted], came out the following day, and by mid afternoon, everything was running great, and I was prepared for family to come on July 4, 2016, weekend.","pos-9
