This company was awesome!. This company worked with my insurance company to get my roof repaired. While in the process of this, permits were needed on another portion of the home. This contractor was able to work with my insurance company, title company and make suggestions on the best repair solutions to meet the permit criteria. I was so impressed by there knowledge. Without there help, our home would not have gotten a new patio and adjustments made to the roof to meet code.

The employees were very friendly and worked efficiently . (No messes) Any problems were quickly resolved. The company did not request money up front, a deposit was made and final payment was not made until the work was complete and I was completely satisfied.

They are top notch and would recommend them for any contractor jobs!

J&S Renovations is great! Issac the Rep worked with my insurance and got the process rolling. He was very friendly and took the worry away about the roof. They tore old roof down and put up the new one in 1 DAY!! The labors were punctual and clean....not 1 nail was left on the ground. My roof looks beautiful! My experience with J & S Renovations was extremely positive. The consultant,[redacted] was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was so worried at first because I had depreciation with-out recovery and needed a business that would be professional, honest and fair priced.
I was surprised at how quickly my old roof was removed and replaced, all in one day. It looks great and I believe the quality is good too.

During a recent wind storm I had damage to my roof & tree down on storage unit, I contacted a J & S rep who arranged to be present when inspector came out to assist me with claim. J & S was very professional and able to complete all the work within a week, also helped me with some unquoted items. Area was left with no construction debris, cleaner than when they arrived. I recommend them highly, and their rep, [redacted].

I was very pleased with the level of service and the quality of workmanship provided. Every job of this magnitude (a new roof) will have its minor issues, but they were very quick to address these, to my complete satisfaction.
