I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is fine.  However, I strongly recommend that you investigate this business. They simply do not deliver on their services, and are fraudulent. We shipped that on 7th considering 4 days in transit time as per [redacted], 2 days for the weekend and 1 day for contingency in case of any unexpected delay in transit. [redacted] do not provide a guarantee on the delivery date on ground shipping so we calculate the expected arrival date based on information available but we cannot not guarantee the exact arrival date so we cannot honor the customer's claim based on the early arrival.If the customer is not happy with the product received we'll certainly honor our satisfaction guarantee on the product. Thank you for the email and proving an opportunity to respond and address our customer's complaint.Please note that the customer has not seen a refund because the transaction was voided and her credit card was never charged. Attached is the void transaction receipt.Our system gets the authorization...

on the transaction at the time of purchase which places a hold on the available credit. We do not capture the funds (charge the card) until the item is sent out for delivery.In this case because we had not captured the transaction, the transaction gets voided and not refunded. In this scenario, when we void the transaction the credit card company releases the credit hold from the account and no charge or refund is seen on the statement. This process is almost instant though we've to write that it will take 3-5 business days to see your refund because in case when someone uses a debit card depending on the bank it can take couple days for them to release the funds.I hope this addresses the concern. Thank you for the email.It looks like the customer's bank has taken longer then normal to credit the funds to his account. As per our records we voided the original transaction on 18th. Typically, a Void on a credit card reflects within 24 hours but in case of debit card it can take up to 5 business...

days. Today is the 6th business day so if the customer is still not able to view the credit he should reach out to his bank and check on it. The estimated time in transit that [redacted] provides us for the recipient's zipcode [redacted]  is 4 days. Based on the tracking information it took [redacted] 7 business days to make the delivery. SCAM!!! I ordered a giant fortune cookie for 39.99 ans a snickers basket for 59.99 for an anniversary gift for my bf in hawaii. First of all theu don't give you ur total due before they process your transaction! They make u put ur card info then proceed with billing then smack you with the total after! Came to $194.00 !!! I freaked out and they never sent my confirmation order reciept to my email!!! Somthing wasnt right so I call the number on the website which was and IL state cell phone [redacted] with google voice!!!! And [redacted] answered hello?

I ask if I reached gift blooms he was imediatley shady. Said yes yes that's them? I asked ware was my email of reciet. The man said they sent it...I never recieved it!!! I also asked about my order of accuracy (message on foturne cookie) and he couldn't tell me anything about my order!!! Kept saying ummmm uhh ummm and putting me on mute..not on hold..mute!!!!! He said call back tomarrow when there lender is open??!!! I then knew this was fraud.

I call my bank and imediatley cancel my bank card. And once the payment hits my acount. And it will because its on authorized hold funds..my bank will then dispute the 194.00 ! So I cancel my card and call them back like 15 times!!! Finally he picks up and he again was stumbling on his words. Played the hold on mute game again then another [redacted] gets on the phone I tell him I want the transaction canceled before there lender takes my payment. He said there is no need we will just void it???

I ask for a cancelation email..he said it wasn't nessasary ..I and then said he doesn't know if he can do that??? So I said for him to fax it..he didn't know how to and did the mute game again!!! He then got back on the line and said he sent it...got nothing!!! And he said he can text it..???!! Yah that's legit huh??? These people are SCAMMERS and FRAUD and ROBBERS!!!!!! I canceled my card before they could drain my account and my bamk will dispute this transaction!!!!!!!

[redacted] in NJ **These people rip people of! charge your card then dont pick up the phone and you dont recieve your product!Desired Settlement: These people are setting up fake websites under there familys names in NJ,PA and NY and has IL state phone numbers that are cell numbers. they charge your card 4 times the amount and then dont return or answer your call. I want a refund and these people should be in jail! I am not the only victim! Look up "Giftblooms review. horrible people.!!!!!

Disappointment. Order No: 50254 date Sat. 9th May 2015. Ordered to deliver flowers on Mother' day to my mother who lives in Puttaparthi, Andrapradesh, India, but Giftblooms.com (Jagma) failed to do so. I chose this company because web search of 'giftblooms.com' has shown that they would deliver flowers to Puttaparthi and it is Revdex.com accredited (A+). I gave a wrong delivery address, and they called up told me to send the correct address. I sent the correct address and all these happened within 30 minutes from the time of the order. Over phone, they also agreed to deliver on 11th instead of 10th (I paid extra $3 for next day delivery). On 10th they sent me an email, that order is on hold for my confirmation that the flowers can be delivered on 11th or 12th of May 2015. I wrote to them that, it should be delivered on 11th, failing which to cancel the order. Flowers were not delivered and casually they credited the amount in my card. I need to check, if the amount is actually credited. This review is written on 13th of May 2015.
