Fantastic company to work with, very professional, and very nice employees. Comparable price to a big box store quote but with a higher quality end product. They even picked up the windows themselves from Harvey when there was a mix-up with the delivery date. Installation was quick and they cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely use them again if we need to replace more windows.

We looked at several window replacement companies including the big box stores. We chose J C Tonnotti because they were a family owned company and we dealt with the owner. We liked the fact that they had they had their own full time installers, and their prices were reasonable, for a brand name window. with a great warranty.
Our windows were installed by Mike who was very knowledge, neat, efficient and explained everything after he finished.

We could not be happier with the service from J.C. Tonnotti's. Joe was extremely knowledgeable and professional when he came to our house to give us an estimate. Dave and Will , who did the installation, are both very talented and personable craftsmen. Very neat with attention to detail, and did the work like they were doing the work on their own home. We have had Tonnotti's do two jobs for us now. The last was to replaced an old slider with a 3x5 window. Joe went out of his way to find matching aluminum siding. His employees are very courteous and professional. The new window looks great and we could not be any happier.

Joe and his team we're amazing to deal with. From their customer service to their quality installation, they went above and beyond our expectations. The team installed two Harvey white vinyl patio doors and four Harvey windows. After a few hours of installation, you would never know that there were workers inside our home as it looked exactly the same way it had when they began. Our family highly recommends JC Tonnotti Window Company and can't wait for them to be able to come back and do more work in the near future.
Great service. The office staff, the owner, and the installer Eddie. He was very professional and took the time to show me how the new windows operated. It’s easy to see they truly care about their customers. Love our new windows!
Very unprofessional. Joe from this company sent me an estimate for Windows without even coming out and measuring windows. He said that he had done a project in another condo in the same association and had measurements. He mentioned wrong measurements in his estimate but told me that it was just to print estimate. He just wanted contract without even working on the estimate in professional manner. Well, I ignored all that and decided to hire his company. But then I asked about doors replacement and why his doors prices were much higher than other supplier. I expected him to explain quality of his products and workmanship to justify prices. He asked me to stop and called other suppliers work *** I decided he was not professional enough to work with. In response my email indicating cancellation, he called it *** and demanded $500 for coming to measure windows, he never came to measure windows and sent estimate with wrong windows sizes. I guess I was right in cancelling the project with him.
Hello Mr. We are sorry you feel as though we were unprofessional. We have done hundreds of windows in Condominium complexes and we are very familiar with the products and what needs to be done for installation. Joe had an appointment scheduled to come out and see you and he was going to do your measure and explain the quality of the products and the installation process. He was kind enough to quote you over the phone based on 30 years of experience and the timing of your call with the upcoming holidays and weather. We are a very reputable company with very high rating and we are sorry if we fell short of your expectations. Best of luck with your window project.

The installers (Dave & Mike) were pleasant and did an excellent job installing our window and cleaning up after the job was finished. Excellent service-excellent product!
I would highly recommend this company for installation of new windows, having new doors installed or having siding put on your house. I had all 3 and everyone who came, from the owner, sales rep., the project manager to the workers, were respectful and caring. There was never a mess, they did a great job and my house looks amazing! I am extremely happy with the outcome. My house looks brand new! Steve came to supervise every phase.
My brother is having his house painted by J.C. Tonnotti and my neighbor saw our windows and she is having hers installed as soon as the factory can make them. I highly recommend this company.

Old Yankee Painting, a division of JC Tonnotti, painted our house. We were very pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism of everyone we worked with. Marco and his crew were meticulous and cleaned up at the end of every day.
