I recently purchased a home in *** which had been totally remodeled except for the outside. It was this horrid 70's gold. I called Old Yankee Painting, a division of J. C. Tonnotiti and I couldn't be happier with the end result. From my initial meeting with Jim to the day they completed the job I knew I was in good hands. Jim gave me numerous options to choose from, all at a reasonable price, During the job the foreman Mike visited the job and made recommendations which were very helpful. The work is meticulous and I now love my house inside and out.

Our experience with JC Tonnotti was largely negative. Joe was extremely pleasant in the beginning phases of planning our windows. When we sent him our deposit, this is when he disappeared. We had been told that it would take 3 weeks for the windows to arrive. After 4 weeks I contacted the company and spoke to Melinda who brushed me off and told me they would be in soon. After 5 weeks I contacted again and asked for an update. I was again told they would be in soon. After 7 weeks I contacted Melinda again and had to push her to finally agree to contact the manufacturer. She said she would call me back to update me. She did not. At 8.5 weeks I contacted one final time and threatened to cancel my order completely. I asked to speak with Joe directly. he did not once get involved in the process. I was contacted by Steve who was very apologetic and got involved in the process. While Steve was helpful, the entire interaction with this company was unpleasant. Our windows were finally available 10 weeks after order date, 7 weeks later than expected. Had someone communicated to us that they would be late it would not have been such a poor relationship, but they failed to do so. Instead of giving us a discount for the inconvenience and failure to deliver their product on time, Joe sent a $40 giftcard in an apology, which at this point in the process was an insult. I feel there are better ways to conduct business and would recommend against working with JC Tonnotti.
Hi *** We apologize your experience was not as we all hoped. Your initial order to Harvey was made on May 23 due to a 3 day right to cancel. Your order was processed by JC Tonnotti on May 23 and unfortunately Harvey had a delay in your processing which had nothing to do with JC Tonnotti. Malinda was in contract with both you and Harvey on several occasions after learning of the delay. When we found out your order was not being processed in a timely fashion we got our Harvey representative involved to rush your order. Your windows were in from the manufacturer on July 17th and we installed you on the following week even moving jobs to get you in for Monday July 23. We apologized for the inconvenience of the manufacturing of your product on several occasions. We are sorry you do not feel our efforts were enough we appreciate your business and we know you will enjoy your windows for years to come.
The dates you've listed in your response are inaccurate as is the statement that *** was in contact with me. Not once was anyone from the company in contact with me. Had someone contacted me to keep us informed this review would be a very different one.
Once again we apologize that we did not meet your expectations. We were not in contact with you because of the hundreds of customers we service every year the experience goes smoothly we order your windows and Harvey notifies us once the are manufactured we set up delivery and installation with the customer we have been doing it that way for 20 years with Harvey. Unfortunately, Harvey did not communicate there was a manufacturing delay in your order so yes it was your call which prompted us to contact Harvey. We thanked you for call once again apologized and got right on the phone with Harvey to see why there was a delay and once we understood there was a problem we were in contact with you and made accommodations on our end to get your windows and installation done promptly. We apologize for the delay and inconvenience you may have experienced.
I just had my house painted and would highly recommend this company. They not only were quick clean and efficient, but they were very considerate and professional. The
gentleman who did the painting was truly a pleasure to speak to and work with.

Very professional company to work with, responded quickly to my phone call for an estimate. Gave me a estimate via email at the end of the day after looking at the situation. Only needed one replacement window out in my garage. Window was ordered and I was advised would be about 3 wks, when window came in, they called to set up an install date. Followed up with a phone call to me the day before, window was installed within 1/2 hr, everything was cleaned up, you would never know they were here. Only thing, the window screen was damaged, so they have to order a new one. So cannot comment on this followup yet. But overall, very easy company and polite, knowledgeable people to work with. Very pleased overall, would hire again or refer.

We had all new Harvey Windows installed by JC Tonnotti last week and absolutely loved the workmanship that the JC Tonnotti crew provided. From Ed, Dave, Greg and John, the crew was great.
They were very professional, very clean and very fast. The windows were installed in one day and we are happy to gain the benefits provided by new windows.
The crew took away the old windows and cleaned up everwhere they had worked.

We had a new Sliding patio door installed on June 21, 2018. Our installer, Greg, was very organized and extremely proficient at installing the new door. His work was of excellent quality and we were very satisfied with the installation, the quality of the door, and the workmanship. At the end of the job, Greg cleaned up the entire job site, further impressing us with his attention to detail and his completion of every aspect of the job, from removal of the old door, installation of the new door, and the clean-up.
You could tell that Greg took a lot of pride in his work and it showed. I would not hesitate to have another project done by this company. This is our second project, and we have been very pleased with the results.

We had our kitchen window replaced yesterday may 15th ! The two that installed the window were wonderful, our house was built with about a 2inch slant so they worked very hard and the window is perfectly level! Even worked through the storm and cleaned up everything no mess for me to clean. Thank you would not hesitate to call them for any other work I want done!

I decided to go with J.C.Tonnotti Window Company after meeting Joe Tonnotti and checking with the Revdex.com. Great decision, After a short wait (a couple of weeks) two installers worked on the six windows I ordered .Very professional job .The installers were very polite and neat. My wife and I were very happy with the windows and trim.
I'm now thinking of another window to replace as well as replacing a couple of glass lites in a older window.

We hired J.C. Tonnotti Window Company to install 6 windows for us. They were absolutely wonderful! From start to finish, very experienced, kind, and kept the work area so very clean! We have been doing business with J C Tonnotti since 2009 or so. They have done all of our windows, vinyl siding, gutters and downspouts, and many indoor projects as well such as pocket door, all new molding around doors and windows, crown molding and refinished wood floors. All of their crew members have been very professional and have always cleaned up after themselves. Their work is always impeccable. We recommend them often and we continue to do business with them whenever we need something done.

on the window until December 1st 2015. Clients are always advised windows take 4 to 6 weeks once the order is placed. Mr. [redacted]'s windows just came in on December 28, 2015 during the holiday season. Last week jobs were cancelled due to the snow therefore, we are completing last weeks jobs this week. We will pull Mr. [redacted]'s file and see when it will be possible to do his 3 windows weather permitting.

We are extremely happy with the bay window that Joe and his team put in our Southington home! The crew was courteous and very clean and our window is beautiful. We will definitely be using them again for our house projects and highly recommend them to others! Thank you Joe and team!

Our screen door was damaged by the installers. I called their main office the same day and have called several times since and the screen door still has not been repaired. The office is still giving me the run around as to when they will fix it.
Further, the isntallers left a huge mess in the driveway, saw dust was everywhere. They left old screws all around where the window was replaced where my kids play. I even found a screw in my garbage disposal.
Our sales representative did a quote for window installation for the client aforementioned back on October 28, 2015. He is fairly new to our company and didn’t take into consideration the distance of travel for us to install the windows in a timely fashion, as we are over an hour away from...
[redacted]. Our policy for accepting window installations an hour away is a 5 window minimum and this install was for less than 5 windows. However, we were determined to make this work. Initially, we tried to accommodate this installation by sending an installer, who lives near the area, to fit this into his schedule. In the meantime, no monies were taken for deposit because we wanted to ensure that we could in fact get Mr. [redacted] into our schedule. But to our dismay, our installer’s current schedule could not get him in the area anytime soon. As a result, we felt that it was in the best interest of the client and ourselves to decline service. On one had, the customer waited until December 1 to contact us, but we realize that should have communicated this sooner. We were honestly trying to find an alternative way to accommodate this install. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
