The employee you came to my house was very nice and presented himself very well. He was able to very quickly find my problem and make the repairs also offering suggestions for future preventative actions.

K & S and specifically their employee, Tim, responded in a timely fashion to our plumbing need after we contacted our home warranty company. Tim diagnosed the problem well and then communicated with the warranty company about what would be covered or not. Watching his work dealing with two different plumbing repairs gave me great confidence that not only would our concerns be addressed, but that K & S would stand behind their work if there were issues subsequently with the repaired valve and pipes. Based upon this experience, I would definitely call and use K & S again.

First I've received a phone call letting me know what time they were coming then I received a text as they got closer and when they got here they were very professional and friendly discuss with me what was going on gave me positive feedback I would definitely use them again

K&S Plumbing is a top-notch plumbing company. We were assigned K&S Plumbing through our home warranty company. I found K&S Plumbing to be top-notch. They resolved our issue in a most efficient manner and the problem repaired the same day, for a very reasonable charge. I will certainly use K&S again. Well done!

K&S plumbing were great. They were efficient and unclogged our pipes without trying to overcharge or "find" other problems. We went through our insurance Home Serve- and they were great. We didn't have to pay anything.

I was assigned this company via American Home Shield. Recently purchased home, inspection said water regulator needed replacing. 2 young men from this company (in their 20s) came out and told me nothing was wrong with the regulator. Weeks later I have a ruptured water heater, most likely caused by high water pressure. I honestly believe that they didn't know what they were doing or that they were instructed by AHS as how to handle the claim. I'm totally frustrated with this company (and with American Home Shield).

We visited your home on 11/19/2019. The technician that visited has been with our company for 5+ years and is very skilled in his plumbing trade. He inspected your PRV (pressure regulator valve) and noted that it was 70psi (pounds per square inch). This is within normal range. We DO NOT cater our plumbing diagnoses to benefit AHS. I am sorry to hear that you have a ruptured water heater. Though I do not believe this was the cause of your water heater failure. Additionally, AHS does not cover preventative maintenance. They only cover when there is a noted failure within a system. At the time that our technician was a your home, pressure was normal, and you were not experiencing any mechanical failures. -Thank you. Ms./Mr Bailey,
The technician measured the pressure at the tank and the front water spigot. He never measured the pressure from the back spigot. Measuring from the front typically measures street pressure and not home pressure.
It's interesting that the inspector recommended the regulator be replaced because it was bad, a month later your plumber who didn't properly measure the pressure said nothing is wrong and a month later the regulator is bad based on measurements from another licensed plumber.
I appreciate your response to this however, your company has a history of reviews that are similar to this on this site as well as other sites. It may benefit you to focus on why that is and not on quickly dismissing legitimate facts such as this from dissatisfied customers.

They were called by my warranty company to come out on Dec 20, 2019 to clear the backed up sewer line to my home. I had a geyser coming up my shower stall drain pipe of poo. It took them all day to come but they cleaned it out. It stopped up again today Jan 15,2020. I called the warranty company and they called K & S Plumbing back to come out again and see what was going on. They called me and could not come until Friday afternoon, over 2 and 1/2 days away, with poo in my shower stall and bath tub and not being able to flush the toilet or use water. This was an emergency but they would not have someone in my area until then. I called the warranty company back and they called *** who was here within the hour and fixed my problem, even cleaned out the poo in my shower stall for me, he asked to do it. If you look at online reviews they have problems and I do not recommend them.

Ms., I have reviewed your case. Our notes stated that our technician advised you in December that there were roots running through your main sewer line. The technician cleared line with a cable and advised Root-X for maintenance. We received your work order from HomeServe this morning at 11am. You were contacted by a dispatcher at 11:47am to schedule an appointment. We offered 1/17/20 appointment. We were told that there was no reason for this appointment and the appointment was cancelled. We apologize that we were not able to meet your expectations with service time.

Do you think an appointment 2 days from now was appropriate considering I had raw sewage in my house and could not flush toilets, run water without it backing up in my house ? I did not cancel appointment the insurance company must have since you could not come for 2 days and they got someone else to come out today.
I did what your technician said to do. No roots in line today. Your technician also said he needed to run a camera to see what else was going on. That never happened.
If you do not do emergency calls you need to get off the list with the insurance company.

They was very helpful and did a good job. I would refer this company to everyone.
