Joe and Nate did a great job on the removal and install of our old and new furnace/AC system. They worked in a timely manner, cleaned up after themselves and explained the new system in detail. I did have to have someone come back the next day for a very minor water leak in one of the exhaust pipes, but that too was fixed promptly and to our satisfaction. Thanks again.

I called Genz Ryan to service my AC, they found High pressure was going over 592 units & compressor would shutdown automatically to protect itself. - few visits later they said Metering device(Cost $1170) was faulty & replaced it. pressure still went over 592 units & compressor w/d shut down. - They claimed compressor itself was bad & that it needed to be replaced and replaced compressor(additional $800). The high pressure still went over 592 units & new compressor w/d still shut down automatically like the old one - Then they claimed first replaced metering device could be bad & replaced metering device 2nd time. High pressure still went over 592 Units & compressor w/d still shut down - Then they said “My coils were bad & it would need to be replaced” for $6000. I requested 2nd opinion from Horwitz. - Horwitz tech figured out in minutes that capacitor was the culprit. This capacitor is right in the front & had all bulged up/burnt out. Horwitz T

Mike came out to install a thermostat we had purchasedHe not only was able to get an upgraded thermostat in, he explained what features would not work and whyHe went through the set up steps with meAND he talked with me about the water softener we had a consult set up for and helped me to order the right fit for our home and get an installation date scheduled a lot sooner that I expectedAmazing customer service!

I was impressed that I was not charged for a service that was not needed Brent could have so easily have charged me for a needless maintenance check on our fairly new furnace, but since we had no heating issue at present he recommended we keep the $tucoupon for when a service request may truly be needed Thank you Brent for your honest assessment

Andrew D. and Christy D, both receive high marks in the fixing of my furnace humidifier. Andrew checked out, found a fault and cycled the system until he was positive that it was working. He was also punctual and it was a great service call. Christy M. is fantastic as well. She is great on the phone and is a real pro at assessing the need and setting up the service call She does this with a cheerful positive attitude.

I had a problem with my bill after my work was completed. Called up Richie at Genz-Ryan and he took care of me to my satisfaction by making it right.

Bill [redacted] said he'd help us out on the $1k quoteHe would get our price down $by reducing the two year warranty down to daysGreatWhen my husband asked why the quote was so high, Bill said "the company has to pay for their trucks, and healthcare costs for employees." Not that this was a difficult or complex jobThey needed to pay for their high overheadNiceThey do not quote by the hour or materials, just by jobI asked manager Jeff [redacted] for an itemized bill, and was told it was a "complex formula" they had in their computers that calculated priceI asked for that formula, and he said he would not give it to meI asked for three quotes to other customers on three comparable jobs, he would not give it to meWe priced materialsCopper pipe, $Hammer arrester $12, water shutoff valve $Flexible water line from pipe to fridge, $Copper T-bracket and elbows, solder, let's call it $Soroughly $in materialsMileage? Emily was polite, and informative this was a proactive call to set up service on my AC. The technicians were also polite, and respectful of my house and equipment,and I am very happy with their service.

They installed a new AC and heating system in my bramd new construction home After months I have had to get a technician here twice The AC unit is still defective and my home is not cooling off in the hot suimer AC unit is now making loud noisesnot happy with this setup

The service was excellent. The technicians did a great job of explaining the issue as well as walking through all the readings (especially CO levels) that drove the proposed resolution. They also did a great job of walking through the various options for repair or replace of the furnace, which of course is a very difficult decision due to price.
