Genz-Ryan did a great job on my plumbing repair. The technician was knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. Very respectful of the house, and made sure that he didn't track or leave any kind of mess.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE TECH THAT CAME TO MY HOME TO CHECK OUT THE AIR CONDITIONER HE WAS VERY POLITE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE!! I NICE GUY!!

A toilet quit functioning and we were experiencing a loss of water pressure in two bathrooms and our water was brown in color Bill [redacted] was the service technician who came to our house He discovered that the water softener had malfunctioned and sediment that was coming out of the water softener was causing the loss of water pressure He offered some options for fixing the system We decided to replace the water softener Bill replaced the flushing mechanism in the toilet and flushed out the pipes and the water heater He was very professional and did a good job of getting our system working again

Thought I had good service to begin with, but after some digging I found that I had been ripped off! Technician charged me $to replace a capacitor that I found I could purchase for $from a local appliance parts distributor >1400% markup....REALLY!!! I know it was not labor because he had to take the old capacitor out to check it as part of the $tuneup price...took all of about minutes Also, technician advised me that my venting on my power vent water heater was out of code Code changed a couple of months ago, and is not allowed Said I should take real good care of the water heater because it will be a big expense if the venting has to be replaced (venting is in a finished ceiling and not accessible) Checked with my building inspector, and he told me the code changed months ago, and there was no change regarding venting Also, he said even if there was, I would be "grandfathered" in, and not required to upgrade Told me not to worry Exorbitant pricing and bad advice will cause me not to go back to this vendor for any more service on appliances

I was totally impressed with the overall professionalism of the Genz Ryan Team Customer Service was excellent from my initial call throughout the visit Mike Bdid an outstanding job identifying the issues and explaining it in terms that I could understand He clearly laid out my options without pressure and offered suggestions for improvement in managing my troubled heating systemBased on this interaction, I definitely would/ will use their services again and recommend them to others Thank you for employing and engaging trustworthy and competent professionals that represent your company very well

Ryan came out to fix my air conditioner that was just fixed the prior week There was one thing that was not put back previously when the work was done that caused the air conditioner to not work Ryan figured it out right away and got it running Ryan then took the time to do an inspection on everything to make sure that everything is working properly Great customer service

Nick *** preformed a maintenance check on my air conditioning He was very knowledgeable, polite & through He even fixed an light bulb problem for me! I will definitely ask for Nick in the future Plus he is a veteran of years of service to this country

A week ago my water heater went out and I called Genz-Ryan of Burnsville MN I was told that there would be a trip charge of $to have them come out and look and see what’s wrongI agreed as that seemed reasonable and if they did any work, that charge would be applied to the billThey get to my home Wednesday, May 16th at 3:45pmUpon inspection, they determined the main module needed to be replacedThey started explaining options to my wife who told them to call me instead and explainThey didOption They could replace the item right away for $plusOption They could wait for the part from Whirlpool which would be there Monday, May 21st, and come back out and install it for $plus another trip charge of $Option This option was never told or explained to me but when Genz-Ryan called Whirlpool, they offered to overnight the part for $Why was this kept from me?
