In reference to the complaint made
with the Revdex.com, I apologize regarding the issues you had with
the Visa Prepaid Debit Card
The Visa Prepaid Debit Card
Department informed me that they contacted you and advised you that funds
transfers cannot be done between a temporary card and a personalized card. The Ops Specialist attempted to convert the temporary
card to a personalized card; however, the system stated that the limit of the
number of personalized cards had been reached (you are only allowed two)This appears to be an error on the system as
it is recognizing a deactivated perm card as the second cardThey advised that
for the time being, you could continue using your current card
If
you need their assistance to help walk through logging into the website, please
give them a call back as I am told they gave you a direct line to speak with a
Specialist

Debit Card

your complaint, you state that you are getting charged additional fees and that
you were told you could pay your bills through your bank
In
reviewing the calls you made to the Agents at the Prepaid Call Center, we found
the following:
Initial
call on 8/16/- It was noted that the customer asked if she could make direct
deposits to her card and agent advised she couldShe gave account
and routing numbers to cardholder. Agent
never advised she could make payments with her routing and account numbers
Call,
8/17/- Customer called to get routing and account number againShe
also called to get the maximum she can load to her cardShe also needed
login assistance for the websiteNo mention of making payments by routing
or account
Call,
8/24/- Cardholder called because she tried to pay bills with her card
but was being declinedShe was advised she could not payments with her
account and routing numberAdvised could only make payments with the card
number
Call,
8/24/- Upon onset of call, cardholder wanted to place a complaint
and speak with supervisor because she said she was told she could
make payments with her account and route number. The call was
escalated to a Manager to file a complaint
Because
we have been furnished’ with the contents of the calls made to the Prepaid Call
Center, it does not appear that at any time, on any of the calls did an agent
advise that bills could be paid using the account and routing numberAlso,
cardholders are provided with the terms and conditions stated below, therefore,
we do not believe we owe the disputed amount of $
No ACH
Payment/TransferDo not attempt to make an
automated clearing house (ACH) payment/transfer out of your Personalized Card using the underlying
account number of your Personalized Card (this number is printed in your
Personalized Card materials, but is separate
from the Personalized Card number which you use to make ordinary Personalized Card purchases)If you do so, we
may close your Personalized CardThe underlying account number of your Personalized Card is to be used only to
enable ACH direct deposits into your Card (payroll direct deposits, etc.)
You can use
your card to pay bills provided you use the digit card number on the front
of the card not your ACH number
