P & C Replacement Windows Inc

On August 28,2013 we signed a contract with P&C for new windows, new storm door and kitchen/hallway flooring. The windows were installed by the end of Sept. by a man and his son who were good, courteous workers. We later had questions about the size of the windows in the opening. We thought the windows may have been too small for the opening and they used extra caulking and trim to hide the excess opening discrepancy. We asked the owner about this but he could not answer our questions. The installer was in the hospital so we could not ask him directly. We then had flooring to be installed. Told it would take 2 weeks to receive order. I assumed the order was placed. I called 2 weeks later and the order had still not been placed. Said there was a measurement discrepancy when only 1 person measured. Order was placed. Was told it would take 2 days to install. It has been 5 days and the grouting is still not done to finish the job. I was told he would be here TODAY at 8:30 to finish. Called to find out he was still doing job in Ohio. No one called. I called to ask where he was. Called owner and another person to ask where he was and received call back from receptionist saying she just found out he was still working in Ohio. Storm door still not ordered. Told they sent the wrong one. How is that possible when they had the order since August and I just found out last week the wrong door was sent. I think they had a similar door laying around and said the wrong door was sent. They called Dec. 4 to verify door options. Don't know how long it will take to get door. Supposed to be and "Amish" made door. Does not take the Amish almost 4 months to make a door. It took 2 weeks to make 18 windows. So I am still waiting for grout to be done on a small portion of floor (which will be day 6; not 2) and a storm door that was never ordered. Still waiting for warranty papers on windows also (which were installed end of Sept.). Can never get a person to answer phones. All calls go to voicemail. Choose another company!
