Review: I purchased a set of 4 tires ,wheels, hardware etc. for 2500.00 I was involved in an accident and my 2014 Toyota was totaled.my insurance company [redacted] wanted a breakdown on how much the merchandise cost so I be rembursed All they would produce was a contract without and did not know or aledged they didn't know what the cost of these items were individually. So my insurance company could not pay the claim. They talked to many people there that acted like they were clueless about [redacted] request. [redacted] feels this company is scamming them and me

I had an auto accident that totaled my 2014 Toyota. [redacted], my insurance company need a breakdown of what I purchased and work performed. I.E., mounting balancing etc. we ended up getting a financial contract with no information whatsoever. [redacted] needed this to include in their final estimate. [redacted] made numerous calls no avail. I am out 2500.00. [redacted] doesn't have an itemized receipt for the product or services rendered. It's like they are hiding the final price because they overcharged their client.Desired Settlement: An inventory of the tires wheels and hardware including prices of each items.a total breakdown of my bill.

I would like a military ban and the itemized statement Sent to [redacted]. And recorded in the Revdex.com

There is no such thing as we don't know what we're buying. I owned a business and know every it I purchase , up to the light bulbs etc. they [redacted]'s numbers, named etc. and this is the best they can do. You need to know the cost of the items such as tires, wheels etc in order to come up with a final price. They knew how much to charge me for shipping and how much to charge me in financing, so why wouldn't they know how much the product cost. Until they call [redacted], there is no end result. They got their money and they don't how they got it? Unbelievable.

Review: I purchased a set of wheels and tires from Patriot Custom Wheels and when I received my wheels 3/31/14 one was different from the other three. I ordered four rims with a chrome lip and received only three the fourth rim had a black lip. Once I noticed the mistake that was made I immediately called [redacted] a customer service rep for this company and spoke to him about my complaint. He proceeded to ask me if they did the mounting and balancing of the wheels and I said yes and then he said and we still sent a rim that didn't match and I replied yes. He told me that he would get in touch with the warehouse and find out what happened that was four days ago and I still have not heard back from this man regarding this situation. I called and left him a message on Wednesday 4/2/14 telling him that I no longer wanted the rims that were sent and that I would ship them back to them and that they should send me another set of wheels and tires of my choosing. I called again on Friday morning 4/4/14 telling him that I am still waiting for a return phone call and that I would seek legal action as well as contact the Revdex.com if this situation isn't rectified. Mr.[redacted] still has not returned my call so now I'm still riding around with rims that don't match. I also did not receive my extras detail kit.Desired Settlement: I feel that Patriot Custom Wheels should send me postage so that I can ship these rims back to them and allow me to choose another set of wheels and tires even if there is a difference in the overall price and monthly payment which I am willing to pay.

I talked to a gentleman at Patriots wheels in Roanoke Virginia for rims on my 350z, he assured me that he knew what he was talking about and everything sounded good he was supposed to get back in touch with me never heard back so I emailed him and he told me a few things so I asked him to send me some photos cause I was wanting to buy some rims I had half cash and was going to put the rest on credit never heard from him again poor business

Review: I ordered a set of rims for my pickup and the size of tire I ordered was not the size I received and one rim was missing the center cap I discussed paying the difference for the bigger tires I wanted and was ok with that I have not received the center cap and nobody will answer my call or emails to get this resolvedDesired Settlement: I would like to get the tires I ordered and the center cap that I never received and to return the tires I didn't order

Review: I bought a set of wheels for my duramax told them the size of the wheels I had..ask if I could go to a 20 inch wheel and was told yes.pick out the wheels they swore it would fit. ok so I bought them.when I recieved them I had them put on at a local tire shop.when I was driving home I could hear them rubbing.I instanvely called patriots rims and [redacted] the man I talked to and bought the tires and wheels from and was told to take them off.after I did that I was then trasferd from [redacted] to another gentilman named [redacted]. told him what happen and the tires rubed. he then said they should fit ..we went back and forth for a month and still no fix. now three months later still have rims and tires and cant even use them on my truck..what a [redacted] place.then was callked and ask for payment said I would pay if they fixed the problem do you think they would [NOPE]bad bussness and poor lake of comunication. wouldnt go to them ever if I would have known what problems I have had threw them..Desired Settlement: just want them to take the wheels back and not to call me ever again.

Review: I would never purchase from Patriot Customers Rims again. Patriot Custom take advantages of their customers by charging very high interest rates and late fees. This causing the customer to pay three time as much for the product. [redacted] a representative of Patriot Custom Rims was repeatly very rude and unprofessional during conversation. She would leave harassing and belittling voicemails if I was late on a payment. I can never get a direct answer when ask about my remaining balance and it's very frustrating. I believe seriously I'm been overchargedDesired Settlement: Investigation and questioning needs to take place. I don't want to continue to be overcharged bc so far I have paid over 3000 for some Rims & tire that value is around 2000.

As a customer I'm not satisfied, I speak on the behalf of most customers who have made a purchase from Patriot Custom Wheels that the customer service is pitch poor and you definitely don't get what you pay for plain and simple. Mr. [redacted] originally purchased from us January 2012. He made 2 consecutive payments before defaulting on his signed contract (copy enclosed). After over 2 years of returned payments we bought the account back from the lender to pursue legal action/garnishment.

Furthermore, our customer service representative went above and beyond our company policies to help Mr. [redacted]. All warranties are null and void when you do not pay for the product.

I was never given this contact and I made more payments than just 2. Til this day Patriot [redacted] can not tell me how much interest or current balance I owe. I get a different answer everytime. I have paid them over 4000$ and have documents to prove that. PATRIOT is a money hungry, corrupt, mom & pap organization. I was mislead, taking advantage of and a victim of making a purchase that alone with high interest and penalties would take 3yrs to pay off. I have spoken to a lot of customers whom have made purchases from Patriots in the past and most feel the same as I do. Patriots [redacted] doesn't pride themselves on making sure the customer is satisfied. Their policies and contacts are not disclose properly and unaware of the interest rates and fee.

Review: I got a phone call from [redacted] from patriots wheels and freaked out on me swearing at me and calling me a bad person because I cant come up with a $20 for a payment until next week. tried to work out something with her but I told her I dont currently have a job and im about to lose my house and her response was "well I have a bunch of customers with no jobs and they still find the money to pay" I hung up on her because I do not deserve to be talked to rudely buy a person that represents a company that im trying to work a payment out. she also said " im not stupid im not going to fall for your waterworks" I asked to speak to the supervisor and she refused and she hung up the phone.Desired Settlement: from [redacted] and the company and to set up some arrangement with me until I can find another job and able to pay.
