Review: I ordered a gun safe from Patriot Gun Safes on March 08, 2015. The website said it would ship in 5 -7 days. I paid $1958.40 for the safe, lifetime warranty, and free shipping. I received a phone call immediately after ordering and the operator told me shipping would be in two weeks. I called them back in two weeks and they told me another two weeks. On April 07, 2015 I receive a phone call saying that my safe was shipped. On April 15, 2015 I received a phone call from [redacted] shipping company saying my safe is in Wichita, KS ready to be delivered to me. I set delivery for Saturday April 18, 2015. They never showed up or called. I called [redacted] during their operating hours and they never answered. My wife called them on Monday April 20, 2015 and they said there is a problem with payment. I called someone from www.[redacted].com, who is the shipping company, and he said Patriot Safe Company stopped all freight payments. I tried calling Patriot safes and can't get through. Their website is no longer in existence. So, I have paid for the safe, which I don't have, and I have a warranty which would be useless even if I had the safe!Desired Settlement: I would like a refund because I paid for this thinking I was getting a lifetime warranty, which is worthless if the company is gone and can't be reached. Also, I don't want to wait for lawyers to settle this and get my safe delivered, because who knows how long that will take!

Review: I ordered a Protector 24 gun safe on March 18th 2015 order #[redacted] from Patriot Safe Co. They told me on phone that they have lots of orders for the same safe and it might take longer than normal. I gave them a month which is no problem so I decided to contact them and see what is the status of my order. I've called them several times , left messages and have sent numerous emails with no response back in the last week. I'm very frustrated and I no longer want this product if that's their idea of customer service. I hope u can help me resolve this issue thanks.Desired Settlement: I would like full refund of my purchase price of 1958.40 thanks.

Review: Patriot Safes advertises "5-10 day fast delivery, no wait". However I have been waiting 3 months for a 2,500$ safe that I have already paid in full for.(Safe was ordered in the begenning of June 2014) The most recent update is that the safe is located at a delivery point about 2 hours from my house. It has been sitting there since 8/21/14 (two weeks). I have made numerous phone calls and a few emails with the patriot safe shipping lady and it has all been a dead end. I finally got a call from the actual delivery place and come to find out they only deliver Monday - Friday from 8-5. Which is almost impossble due to my work, and they will not make any exceptions. I have taken some days off next week starting next tuesday 9-9-14. Currently today I still cant get an answer if they will deliver it or not. Poor Poor customer service, and they didnt follow through with any of their "fast" delivery claims. Im a patient person but it has gone to far, and they cant even give me date still after 3 months!Desired Settlement: Patriot Safes needs to take responibility for their service and get the safe deliverd. If not I will accept a refund, however I just want other people to be aware of thier false claims and terrible customer service.

Due to the special promotion we ran with discounted pricing it created a bottle neck which is inline with our entire industry. Our system usually works as described but at certain times we have short sporadic delivery delays which we compensate our customers for. In this case the customer should have been called and updated. This customer has been issued a full refund due to the order being cancelled. We use outside agencies to deliver our safes as we do not have our own truck lines and sometimes mistakes happen to which we are sorry .

Review: I ordered a gun safe from Patriot Safes. I paid $2195 by credit card to have it shipped to my home. The sales representative said to expect the safe in two weeks. After two weeks I calld the company only to get voice mail. The company's website has been takn down. Several firearm on line forums report the company is out of business.Desired Settlement: I wish to have my money refunded to my credit card

Review: I purchased a 24 gun [redacted] safe from patriot safe co. Was told to expect up to 3 weeks for safe arrival. 4 weeks went by. when I went to try to contact them, no one would return my phone calls, or emails. Just wanted to get safe eta, since product was paid for, but not yet recieved. Will be canceling order if not contacted asap!Desired Settlement: Will be perusing a refund if not contacted.

Review: I bought a very expensive safe from them and tried to get them to fix the safe from day one after I paid over 3000 dollars for it. It is not usable and they were suppose to send me new shelves and clips to hold material in the safe. They sent shelves but were broken too and still wont stay up. Its a sevre hazzard to have a safe that drops ammo. I have a box with a combination at this point. It cannot hold any type of guns, ammo, or paperwork due to the shelves are broken. Its unsafe to have this safe not to mention I had to pay five hundred dollars to move it down two flights off steps to the basement.Desired Settlement: Filing lawsuit against the company

Review: I ordered a gun safe March 23, 2015. I was verbally promised delivery of gun safe no later than April 29. As of today, product has not been delivered. My husband and I have tried numerous times to contact company. We have been unable to speak to anyone or leave a message (when trying to leave a message we received the following recording "mailbox is full unable to accept messages". We have contacted our credit card company and they are investigating Patriot Gun Safe Company for us and have credited our account. I spoke with Mr. [redacted] and [redacted] regarding non delivery of safe and charges not being returned to us.Desired Settlement: We would like our credit card company to be reimbursed and a letter of apology sent to us with a detailed explanation of poor customer service and non delivery of safe.

Review: I purchased a safe from Patriot Safe and made payment in full February 6 2015 for the price of $1598.40 for a safe that was never shipped or received. I have attempted to contact them at all available numbers without a response. I have sent emails in the same regard with the same outcome.Desired Settlement: I would like to cancel my order and have the money sent back to my cards I used for payment so that I may go purchase a safe from a company without complications and delivery of the agreed upon goods.

Review: I purchased a gun safe from this company in 2008 . it came with a loss warranty . it was lost in a house fire on feb 11 2015. I contacted them about the issue , sent them all of the requested information . I was told that it would be replaced " no problem " I just needed time to aquire a new home to have it delivered to . I have tried to contact them . Phones are disconnected, e mail addresses are not workingDesired Settlement: I would like to have this safe replaced as prommissed
