because I returned Madelyn Sola call three times asking she return my call.I could have purchases the same type waffle maker from one of Cuisinart competitors for a lot less moneyBut, I choses to purchases the Cuisinart modelThe complaint involves a $waffle maker, which was made in China and probably cost less than $to make Conair Corporation needs to just replace the waffle maker and stop wasting everyone’s time. Conair Corporation needs to just replace the waffle maker and stop wasting everyone’s time

Cuisinart does not honor appliances purchased on *** as *** is not an authorized seller of Cuisinart products. *** sells used/new products and as stated in our Instruction Booklet, Warranty's are not transferable

The consumer was contacted today by telephone and advised that a replacement knife is being ordered for her todayShe took my name and telephone number in the event she has any further problem in receiving the replacement knife

Please have the consumer explain her commentsI have had the product three years but says purchase date was 12/6/15. Consumer says she has no proof of purchase

Consumer does not advise the basis of the rejection of our question "what is the model number of the food processor". A replacement blade will be sent to the consumer within seven (7) days

Our Customer Service Division advises that *** *** return has not been logged in as yet. Our warehouses are quite busy at this time. As soon as the return is logged in, we will issue a refund of his shipping charge to him

The *** *** is NOT defective, it is the blade that we are replacing. A blade will be sent as soon as our Company has inventory of the replacement blade. We have no further comment

Another replacement expresso maker has been ordered for the consumer. We do not currently have any inventory and expect to have it by the end of January, 2017. It will be sent with a DIRECT SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT. THE CONSUMER WILL HAVE TO PERSONALLY SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE

We have the consumer's replacement request however we do not have any inventory of the replacement blade she needs. As soon as they are received a replacement will be sent to her. We are doing everything we can to fill these orders Revdex.com
