I am rejecting this response because:I DID RETURN THE BLAD, THE SAME DAY I SPOKE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE! UPS
PICKED UP THE PACKAGE AT MY HOUSE ON FEBRUARY 23, TRACKING # *** Customer reference number: *** HOWEVER, when I called recently to see why it was taking so long, they gave me an *** Also, when I spoke with customer service to see why the second replacement was taking so long, they said nothing about not having received the wrong blade backThat was several weeks ago!SEEMS LIKE THE RIGHT HAND KNOWS NOTHING OF WHAT THE LEFT IS DOINGBAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Since the person responding is not Customer Service it would be extremely helpful if the consumer would advise the model number of the food processor

CUISINART will send a replacement blade within seven (7) days

I am rejecting this response because:ConAir has not delivered the replacement coffee makerPamela K***, Claims Manager Cuisinart committed to replace the coffee maker weeks ago. This “process” in total is over weeks old. Once again, I maintain that Revdex.com has an obligation to report to consumers the defective and dangerous manufacturing of ConAir product as well as the sub-standard customer service and failure to respect the warranty contract they issue with their product. Please contact MsKeegan for a status report on the coffee maker replacement and let me know what she communicates. Thank You, *** ***

Upon receipt of this complaint, an electronic communication dated September 25, was sent to *** *** As of this date (10/6/17) he has not responded to our request to contact this writer to discuss the situation he had with the Customer Service Division

Our protocol here is that upon return of the empty cartidges we will provide the consumer with a 50% discount on the cost of a new cartridge

I will provide pictures of the hair dryer and burn when sending the dryer back in.

Consumer states she has owned the griddler for three years. She also states that the purchase date of the product was 12/6/15. This is contradictory. Consumer does not indicate why she wishes to obtain a replacement griddler. Further information is required
