WORST COMPANY EVER!
The CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION was illegally signed before the job was completed. Mar Coe (team lead) said this was required, because he needed to leave for another job and even though employees were still working. I was told I could pay by credit card, but this turned out not to be the case. QET failed to respond for months to EnerBank about my complaints regarding their charges and their installation. Over a year has passed, and despite QET's promise to inspect the insulation each year, they have never contacted me to do. Despite multiple emails and Certified Mail to the owners, none of the QET owners have ever responded.

We felt deceived by the seminars that we attended which portrayed excellent craftsmanship. However, upon having this company install the insulation blanket system, the work was shoddy at best and after several attempts to remedy the situation, and after speaking with 3 different managers, I was told I would have to pay a service charge to come back and fix what they did wrong or poorly. I would not recommend this company.

I am very sorry to hear that you have been unhappy with the work performed. According to our records, you have talked to both our installation manager, as well as our general manager, and on both occasions, we have offered to come out to your house free of charge to look at the installation to make sure it is up to our standards.
According to our records, you have requested a refund when you talked to our management team on both occasions, instead of requesting a tech to come look at the work that was done. Unfortunately, this scenario does not qualify for a full refund, as you've had our products for several months, and we can not re-use the insulation. In addition, per our inspectors recommendations, we highly recommended getting your entire attic re-insulated, as your current insulation levels were well below where they should be. Per the notes on your account, you decided to only have the new insulation installed above just one room in your home. That is never suggested or recommended by our company.
As was explained to you on the phone by our management team, we are more than happy to send out a technician to make sure the installation was done correctly, however, if you are just wanting a refund, per our refund policy, we cannot return the insulation and give you a full refund. That would be the equivalent of taking your car to the mechanic, him recommending 4 new tires because your current tires are bald, you only buying one new tire, and then getting upset and demanding a refund when you get your car inspected and fail inspection.
Again, we are happy to come out and take a look at the install to ensure it was done correctly, but we still highly recommend getting the entire attic insulated for best efficiency and cost effectiveness. Please just give us a call to let us know what you would like to have done. (855)208-2584

I purchased *** insulation and a *** water Filter this past January. I have been very happy with the products and service. The salesman was very friendly, and there wasn't any pressure for me to make a decision. I was provided with a 12 month estimate, but I was able to save money by going through a program that they offered me. I received a free home inspection which uncovered some issues that I was unaware of. I had no idea what chemicals were in my tap water! The technicians were very professional and efficient. They took the time after my house was finished to answer all of my questions. My tap water now tastes better than bottled water. I've noticed my furnace running substantially less, and i've saved money on my gas bill every month.

Wrote a bad review and suggested this company used bait and switch to lure people in for their presentation. Today I received a call form Shawn B, the general manager offering me a $*** gift card for our inconvenience. Apologized profusely for the mix up. Obviously this company does have integrity, which I so appreciate. Glad they made it right.

Experience with Quality Eco Technologies
We attended a seminar (Jeff) which presented their products. Afterwards we had a free home inspection (Jon). We decided on TriGuard insulation in the attic and to take care of some mold in the attic. The installers (Christian and Will) arrived on time and completed the work efficiently and it was done very well. Everyone we met was extremely nice and there was no pressure at all. We are very happy with the work!
We still have to wait to evaluate the results of the project.

I would recomend this company to anybody I Know! Fantastic products and Great people!

When they came out to do our free inspection, together we decided that the multi-layer insulation and probiotics system would be the best fit for improving our home value and comfortability. Initially, we were unsure whether or not the products would be worth the investment, as this is not our forever home. However, I am SO glad we decided to make the investment, as our home re-sale value has increased due to the installation of the MLI and lifetime warranty that the new home owners will receive. The crew was friendly and efficient, and was able to get everything installed in a timely manner. We have been so pleased with the results and have definitely noticed an improvement in our seasonal/ pet allergies! 10/10 recommend.

We had Quality Eco Technologies of Richmond, VA to install Tri-Guard Window Film on September 23, 2019. They had to come back and remove and reinstall it again in October an in November of 2019. The work is still unsatisfactory, I have attempted to contact the company multiple times about this issues at this time the company will no longer communicate with us.

We are so very sorry to hear that you have been unhappy with the installation of our TriGuard Window Film at this time. After you initially contacted us, we immediately sent an installation crew out to assess the situation and rectify any installation issues. During our initial visit, and the subsequent visit when we removed and then reinstalled all of the window film, you signed a completion form stating your satisfaction with the product and work performed. When we left off in November, we were under the impression that all was well.
Apparently, you must have tried reaching us during our holiday shut-down period. Our company shuts down for several weeks each year to celebrate Christmas and New Years. This year we opened back up, today January 6, the first Monday of the new year. We can't apologize enough for missing your calls while out of the office. Now that we received your message, we have reached out to get someone back to your home immediately. Per our installation manager, you have a slight hold up on your end before letting us back in to resolve whatever issue may have popped up. Rest assured, we will be out to your home just as soon as possible and we will stand behind our products and the work that was done!

This company as well as their products and service are excellent. Highly recommended to anyone looking to improve their health or home.

What a pleasure to work with. Quality Eco Technologies provided a great meal and presentation. The install crew was on time and were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking to make their home healthier and more energy efficient.

I’m not one to normally write reviews... But, as someone that has spent 20 years in the customer service industry, I am very impressed and delighted by the integrity and professionalism shown by Quality Eco Technologies. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family without a second thought.

We received a mailer inviting us to a dinner presentation from this company. After hearing the presentation, we decided to have a free inspection of the energy issues in our home. The "inspectors" arrived near the end of the appointment window and ended up at our home for a couple of hours. At the end of the inspection, they presented a list of "suggestions" as to what we needed. We had no time to think about what we might want and were pressured into deciding on the spot or loose our $*** door prize discount. We decided to have the windows on the back of our house treated with the film product. At the end of the appointment, the inspector called the company owner for us to talk to who was at dinner but thanked us for becoming "part of the family"? The installers were supposed to show up on a Monday and finish up on the next day but we got a call Monday that they would instead come Tuesday and do the whole job. Come Tuesday, the installers finally show up around 10:30am and start moving furniture. They then look at two of our windows and measure them and then tell us that they do not have film long enough to do the windows without a seam in the middle. They then tell us that they can do the other windows and then come back another day with a longer roll of film to do the two larger windows. They then left to go to the store and get lunch. Upon returning 45 minutes later, they tell us they can't get longer rolls of film and our only option is to have a seam! We say we were not told anything about this issue and that the "inspector" never raised this as an issue nor did he measure the windows. The installers then put back the furniture and left. I called the main office to complain and get a bunch of questions before I can even talk to a manager. I finally get the manager who says she will call the manager of installations. I talked to him and was again told our only option was a seam. I asked to get a call from the owner and no call ever came. Incredibly poor communications, and a total waste of our time including the dinner, and setting aside two days during the busy Xmas season waiting for installers. I would definitely not recommend this company! If there was a zero star, that would be my rating.

We are very sorry that you feel this way about your experience with our company. Typically, the guests that get invited to our educational dinners really enjoy the information given and of course, the great dinner on us.
We were very glad to oblige your request to have one of our home-inspectors to come out and take a look at your homes efficiency. We were equally excited when you and your wife decided to purchase one of our window films for your home’s Windows.
After speaking with Jon, the inspector at your home, we believe the issue here was a simple miscommunication.
Jon assumed that you knew with the large size of your home windows, of course there would be a seam in the film. In order to transport the film from warehouse to jobs, it can only be manufactured to a certain width(like many other home improvement products). Of course after our technicians went over the seam with you and it became clear that you preferred to not have the product installed, we were very understanding and agreed to the cancellation of the product at no cost to you. Even after we had already invested a considerable amount of time and money into this project for your home.
On top of all that, after you requested to talk to management, you then received a call from the owners of our company, who offered to discount any other product you might be interested in, and even went as far as to install window film on a demo window with a seam in our warehouse so that you and your wife could see if that might be agreeable.
At this time, our offer still stands with you. If you would like to purchase any of our products that would work well in your home, we will offer a discount to make up for the two hours that you waited on our techs. We would like to clarify for the record that our communication with you has been consistent and above question and will continue to be so.

From the Dinner Meeting, Inspector, and Installers we were very pleased. We love working with Christian people. They were honest, kind and willing to please in every way. The products are GREAT!

Experienced, professional, no pressure, questions answered in a way I understood. I would recommend them to anyone.

I recently had Quality Eco Technologies install a Solar Attic System, remove mold from my attic, and install their Tri-Guard Multi-Layer Insulation. The project was great from the Inspector to the installers. They were all courteous and professional. The work is guaranteed with annual follow-up inspections. I look forward to lower heating costs this winter.

My wife and I attended a Quality Eco Technologies home efficiency presentation on 10/11/19 and left feeling extremely persuaded that it was time after 25 years to do something about weatherproofing our home. Our electric and gas bills were getting higher and higher each year and the house was either too hot in the summer or too cold in the winter.
On 10/15/19, we purchased and had installed a solar attic fan, Tri-Guard multi-layered installation, and Tri-guard solar window film. Almost immediately we noticed a consistent comfortable temperature change in the rancher styled home. Ten days later we are still pleased with the products and professional services of all persons involved! I am normally somewhat critical and suspicious of dealing with unknown companies, however, I can truly say that we are extremely pleased with QET.
We anticipated some issues and the Inspector Dan confirmed our concerns. The presenter Tyler was excellent. The workers A.J. and Paul were very friendly and thorough with completing their work in a timely and indisputable manner. It's too early to give a completely fair justified approval of the products, however, we can say that we are undoubtedly gratified so far!

This company was fantastic and that is why we gave them a five star rating! From the start of the job in our attic, to the finish, the crew did a fast and amazing job. The employees were all very professional, respectful and kind! A very hard working crew!
We were kept informed on everything going on with the work. We are very pleased and happy with the work that was done! We highly recommend Quality Eco Technologies and we will be using them again on another project we want done to our home. It was a pleasure having them at our home to do the work in our attic. It was a great experience with this company and the workers, including the salesman and the supervisor.
