I'd like to leave a review for the presentation I was given here in Rome, GA by Jason M. Jason is very knowledgeable of his products and took the time to educate everyone at the presentation. The products really do sell themselves, but I would have never known about these things had it not been for Jason M and the presentation given by Quality Eco Technologies.
The inspection was thorough and I was pleased with having received it. Yes, this is a product I need. This is a product we all need! I had learned about the products in the presentation, but after the inspection, I could not argue at all about the needs the inspector pointed out to me. The inspector was Chuck Kelly, he is a very knowledgeable guy and knows these products well. My dogs liked him, so he was welcome in my home.
I'd like to thank Quality Eco Technologies for having two quality people work with me on these products. Trust comes hard these days, but so far, I have complete trust with these two!

We are very pleased with the product and the company. We noticed the change in the house temperatures the same day the insulation was installed, and the AC does not run nearly as often. The presenter (Tyler) presented the product well. Dan, the inspector was right on time and explained the cost, insulation and our mold problem thoroughly. The installation was done quickly and they cleaned up when they finished. They sprayed our mold problem in our attic (which we had been able to smell when it was damp outside) and we no longer smell the mold. I highly recommend the multi layer insulation and this company.

I was thrilled to find a large company, covering much of the Mid-Atlantic, with it's headquarters right here in Richmond, VA., delivering the latest in efficient energy technology, that is reviewed so highly and focus' so heavily on premier customer satisfaction. In working with the Quality Eco Technologies staff, everyone has been the "epitome" of professional from the first interaction to the last. Every step of the process has been clearly explained, delivered as expected, and surpassed every expectation. It is difficult to find a company with so much integrity, and professionalism, that stands behind every thing they say and do. We have felt a part of the Quality Eco Technologies Family since the first day. This was a great experience for my family overall, and if your interested in making your home more efficient and investing in your homes future savings, "this" is the company you want to partner with. We highly recommend this company without reservation to everyone.

I purchased insulation, window film, and a solar heating unit. Technicians were polite and professional. Ive noticed a savings on my utility cost, and my house has been very comfortable on these hot days, The solar heater has done a great job keeping my living room warm on the cold days. They also offer free annual inspections to their current customers. I just received my first one, and the inspector was very polite and helpful.

This company sold us a solar heating unit. They actually replaced the first one bcuz it didn’t work & gave us a sum back for our trouble, they said. The second one didn’t work either. Their “roofer” messed up our NEW roof & caused it to leak. We asked them to take u it & refund money but this is a Very SMALL business, they said they didn’t Have resources to remove unit and repair ALL the damage to my home! I had it removed, roof fixed and will be contacting *** and *** to file complaints to get reimbursed for damage to home and unit.

I want to share my short and very unpleasant experience with the company representative. I was not interested in any product which they offer, but I wanted to take an advantage of a free home inspection. When inspector Dan has arrived and realized that I was not interested in his product, he refused to perform the inspection, was very rude and yelled that we wasted his time. I have a recorded video of that short bust of his and I can upload it to the interested party.
Here, I also want to explain why I was not interested in the offered product. Some of them look interesting and some I wanted to buy, for a example the solar attic fan and probiotic system. Then I did a little research and found that the similar fan cost 3 times less than they offered. About the probiotic system the company representative Shawn explained the bacteria’s are added in the form of water mist and it has 3 years of shelf life. First, I need to mention, that there are no proves about benefits of probiotics. There are only theores. Regarding 3 years of shelf life of good or bad bacteria in water, I very doubt about it. The most they can survive in the enclosed container I guess about one month. So most likely the bacteria are stored in the dry form.

We are so very to hear that you have had an unpleasant interaction with one of our Representatives. After talking with our rep, it really sounds like there were quite a few misunderstandings and a lack of proper communication. From what it sounds like, with the language barrier, both you and Dan were getting frustrated,(understandably so) and when Dan was trying to give you the inspection that you had requested, it seemed as though you were refusing the inspection altogether. After refusing the inspection, Dan asked which products you were interested in, and after you mentioned you had no interest in any of our products or services, Dan was wondering why he was requested to come out to your home in the first place.
I can certainly understand your frustration if you actually did want an inspection and felt as though Dan was refusing. I also can understand Dan's frustration for trying to inspect your home and hearing that you did not want the inspection or any product or service from us. At this point, as a company, we would love to send another rep out to your home if you do in fact want a home inspection. I purchased Insulation, Solar Heat, and Probiotics from this company in October of 2018. I was asked by the technicians to leave a review after I've had the products for a few months, so here I am. Ive been very pleased this far. My house is noticeably more comfortable, and Ive experienced a healthy savings on my gas bill. The techs were very friendly and even offered to remove some old boxes that we had in our attic. So far, we've had a great experience.

I purchased from Quality Eco about a year ago, and I have been very pleased thus far. The installation team was very kind and professional. The salesman did a great job answering my questions and found a way to work within my budget. I'm saving money on my outrageous utility bills, but I also noticed a big difference on how much more comfortable my house is on these hotter summer days.

I had the installation installed in my attic February 2018. I have not seen any savings in energy costs that was predicted by the salesman. I will continue to monitor for two more months.

Hello Mr.,
After receiving this review, customer support has tried to contact you unsuccessfully. We are very sorry to hear that you are not pleased with your purchase, however, it seems as though there may be some confusion or miscommunication that we would like to clarify. According to our office records, one of our home inspectors was out at your home in the middle of February to give your an in-home inspection. Several of our products and solutions were recommended to you, and you made the decision to purchase one of them, our Tri-Guard Multi-Layered Insulation.
At our informational seminar, it was explained that on average, our customers report back savings from their heating and cooling costs of 38% in usage with our suite of products. Of course, these numbers are carefully verified by our office staff to check for accuracy in three main categories: 1. Year-over-year weather. (Example: If this winter is on average 4-6 degrees colder than last years winter, obviously, your heating system will need to work longer to keep your home at the same temperature. Our numbers are based on an "Apples to Apples" comparison to be ensure fairness.) 2. Utility costs: This is why we are always very careful to say that our products will save you money by reducing your utility USAGE. (Example: If your utility provider raises the cost of energy by .02 per Kwh this year, your utility COSTS may stay with our products, even though your utility USAGE has dropped dramatically. Imagine the cost INCREASE had you not been saving on your usage with our products. 3. Thermostat. Obviously we cannot control what temperature our customers are setting their thermostats to in their homes. It is because of this that we cannot guarantee specific savings from our products. Any customer would simply need to lower the temp by a few degrees in the summer or raise the temp by a few degrees in the winter to ensure that they did not save the guaranteed amount in usage.
With all of these things being said, according to our records, you had one of our products installed during the last week of February 2018. Obviously with utility bills being one month retro-active, (Your April bill is billed with your March usage), you have only received 1-2 utility bills since installing our products. It also happens to be that those months have been extremely docile in weather, so hardly any Cooling or Heating have been needed. We are very confident that once you compare your usage this summer to that of last summer, you will be very pleased with our products and our service.

My probiotics machine is amazing! The demonstration they do at the presentation doesn't even do the machine justice. My in-laws no longer complain of the "dog smell" from our bulldog when they come to visit, I don't wake up with clogged sinuses anymore, and my wife's asthma doesn't flare up in the home anymore. Our satisfaction doesn't just stop at the product. The inspector that came to our home was thorough and the technician crew was very polite.

I am very pleased with the service I received from this company. I was invited to an educational seminar with a free dinner on 10/02/2017. During the presentation I learned about various products as well as other information pertaining to the efficiency and health of my home. The presentation was very good! Carl, the salesman from the company, was very friendly, and very informative. I was told that nothing would be for sale at the meeting, and they were right. There was never any pressure and I was not asked to buy any products, which I really appreciated. Afterwards, I requested one of their home inspectors to inspect my attic for me, since Ive never been in my attic I figured it would be good to know exactly what was going on. The inspector found various issues and was kind enough to escort my son through my attic to show him exactly what needed to be fixed. I purchased insulation, mold removal, and a solar heating unit. They took the time to explain what I needed, and didn't pressure to buy a bunch of things that I didn't need. I've had their products for about 6 months now and I'm amazed at how well they've worked for me. I saved an average of $*** per month on my utility bills! I have and will continue to recommend this company to everyone.

My husband and I purchased two solar attic fans and the multi-layered insulation and haven't been happier with a purchase. Our new home was finished in June 2017 with a dual-zone HVAC system. We had to have the HVAC company that installed our air conditioners come back out FIVE TIMES because our air conditioner was constantly running and couldn't keep the upstairs in our brand new house with a dual-zone HVAC system under 80+ degrees. They couldn't fix the issue. We went to a presentation on making your home more energy efficient hosted by Quality Eco Technologies, and are so glad we did. The same day the products were installed, our upstairs stayed cool and our air conditioner was no longer running 24/7. I can't say enough positive things about this company and their products!!
