Love this companyLiterally the best Home Improvment company I Western USHave had a bunch of products done by these guys and just nothing but brilliance!!!

We finally were able to contact MsMinghelli and have an inspection appointment set for March 16, between and She is out of town until then [redacted]

Apparently the party representing the custome did not understand our conversation No further obligation meant just that, no obligation on the contract we cancelled, nor anything further that could possibly come up Anything previous to that August was vaid and fulfilled by Quality First, therefore payable

This project was completed over a week ago, and the son of the customer called and confirmed that it was done and done to their satisfaction

I want to share how excellent and professional this company was for meNever been tread and helped this way beforeBrian who I made an appointment with to get estimates on what I wanted was just the best I can't even explain He first came out cause I was in desperate need of a new roof I didn't quality at the time due to almost Loosing the house to foreclosure He said he would keep my estimate and call me back after a period of time that I needed to wait for help with the fundingI finally got approved after years of working with Brian and I now have a new roof and windows Quality first has impressed me so much in there work that I would 100% give there # to anyone who is looking to improve their home Thanks again Brian

The Project Coordinator is in continuing contact with the customer Upon receiving the materials ordered to complete the service, the completion will be scheduled and all concerns will be cared for

In that to do the project correctly, unforeseen items had to be addressed, requiring a change order and more money for these items Our CEO and our Reno Sales Manager both talked to the customer on a conference call and discussed this situation; The customer decided that the additional cost would preclude doing the work and agreed that in this case, he would cancel his purchase We would have honored the contract, but with the unforeseen making it impossible to complete the job, per our contract, there would be an additional charge, which would have to be covered with a change order

I contracted with Quality First Home Improvement to install a rear patio cement patio and cover on 10/10/They started the project in December and completed it in January The cement patio was discolored and it was not an even surface levelAdditionally the workers damaged my yard drainage system when they were doing the work and they did not clean up the debris that they left behind in my front yard and rear yardI notified them of these issues in March all to no availI again notified them in October and they finally sent out a foreman named Chris Fazzio who is basically just slowly playing gamesHe offered me a $gift card for my troubles and that is unacceptable to me

Quality First did pull the permit and the city has signed off on it from the beginning Our sub-contractor was sent out multiple times to address the customer's concerns The first time he spoke to the customer and let her know that the panel needed to be replaced but QF does not do underground services The second time he was there was when her air conditioner went out The sub was sent out again and he saw the a/c repair man out by the panel taking the breaker out and then forcing it back in Our cub informed the a/c repairman that by doing that, he would bend the bus, which according to our sub, he did Our sub told the customer what he saw, and told her that's what would happen As of this time, QF is working with the city of Rancho Cordova on revising the plans to match the panels that are on her home The original contract called for panels When QF couldn't do the because she would need a panel upgrade and we can't do underground services, we reduced the panels to so it would work with her panel size Our work was inspected by the city and SMUD and neither has shown any concern as to the quality of our work or her panel at the time of inspections It would appear that any arching problems were caused the the bending of the bus bar and the a/c repairman forcing a breaker back into the panel, when caused the bend The air conditioning company should now return and make the panel/breaker repairs as they caused them Then our customer would have a functioning solar unit

Quality First took an outrageous sum of money and poured an uneven and discolored patio and retaining wallThe surface of both the patio and the retaining wall is wavy and sloppyThe texture varies from one area to the nextThe seams are crookedThe weep holes are at uneven heightsThe curbs are uneven in thicknessWhen we asked Quality First to correct their shoddy work, they simply painted over the patio, saying the paint would "hide" the unevenness of the original pigment mixThe result is even more of a mess! The patio and wall are still uneven and now they are in several colors as wellThe second layer of paint began peeling almost immediatelyWe had been promised a pigment mixed with cement, not layers of peeling paintWhen asked to fix this mess, this time the right way, Quality First blamed the location of the yard, saying it was too wet and the patio would never look the way we were promised it would Did Quality First not know this when they accepted the job and t

My experience was very good The techs were very knowledgeable, pleasant and quite professional

I am rejecting this response because: I do not accept their answer because I had requested a 100% system to be installed on my house and they (being the experts not me) talked me into an 80% systemI would have purchased them at the time but I now have payments a month for energy for my houseWould they like me to have 4? I really believe their salesman mislead meIf they really believe that the system installed on my house is adequate then why have they tried for the last years to sell me more solar panelsI'm sure that I am not the only one with this complaintSo Yes the system in non-high demand months covers 80% of my electricity but in high demand months and overall for the year it does notNot the solar system that I was promisedWould they like to look at my PG&E true up bill each year because that proves it is an inadequate system

There was a definite misunderstanding on the part of the customer He thought that he was told that the walls would be a part of the installation, but they had only talked about the walls The walls were not included in the contract, of which he could clearly see Nevertheless, Quality First has elected to honor the customer's wishes and have ordered the manufacture of the walls for the patio cover As soon as the material arrives, the installation will be completed, at no charge to the customer

During the process of attempting to get the customer's solar installed, the city of Redding required several revisions with the engineering Had the city addressed all the adjustments they wanted initially, the installation would have been accomplished much earlier Upon submitting a required engineering adjustment, the city would review and then require another engineering adjustment This occurred several times The final adjustments have been made and we estimate completion of the installation on Monday, January 12th

I had Quality First install all new dual pane windows in my homeI can’t express enough the difference these windows have made in the overall comfort of our homeThe house stays much warmer all winter and I can already tell the house isn’t heating up as quickly as summer approachesI have already seen a reduction in my utilities and my heater ran way less this winterThe price was more then some of the bids I got but the value of the quality and the warranties plus my experience with the sales people who did a great job showing me the window and explaining the benefits the upgrades would have convinced meI am glad they didThe installers installed windows in one day and other then the new windows and much quieter home by the time they left you could tell my house had been under construction that dayIf you buy windows from this company I highly recommend you pay a little extra to let them handle all the work with your blinds, I did a few myself and them decided to pay the installers to finish the rest, well worth the cost to let them do it professionally! All in all a very positive experience, great product, professional quality installation I have my permit signed off by the city and love my new windows!
