We have met with the customer and are addressing their needs The necessary materials are being ordered and as soo as the manufacturer delivers them, the problems will be addressed The materials are under warranty by the manufacturer and the manufacturer us supposed to handle the service Due to the fact that this would take too long, Quality First will be doing the warranty work for the manufacturer as soon as the materials are received The caulking problems will also be taken care of at that time

I am rejecting this response because: I did not receive an email nor did I receive a refund

All the service work has been done for the customer. We are providing the customer with a $299 gift card. Customer stated that she will withdraw her complaint.

Quality First installed triple pane windows in our house in February The windows are dirty in between the panes The window seals are particle board and when water touches them they lose the paint on the window seals The caulking they used is now darken It does not have a shiny surface and is feathering The last time I spoke to the office was 9/12/ Previously we have called them at least a dozen times with no results They sent two people out in September 2016, they took notes and took pictures and we have not heard back from them

Quality First has been attempting to schedule this customer for installation since November Apparently, the customer was out of country and has not contacted us to let us know they were back The customer has the responsibility of obtaining [redacted] approval prior to our being able to install the patio cover To date, we have not been provided with any suck approval The patio cover in question has been in our warehouse since early winter, ready for installation Currently the customer is in breach of contract due to the fact that [redacted] approval has not been received and the customer has not contacted us Our contact number is [redacted]

I have been told multiple times that Quality First would repair damages they caused to my home after installing the wrong roof and they haven't Quality first employees have made multiple verbal promises by multiple employees that they have not kept I have made multiple attempts to get this resolved and it still isn't this was supposed to be a to day max job and it has been months and this is still not completed The VP of operations [redacted] told me he would fix the damages and hasn't I have left msgs with no return call, [redacted] said he would call me on numerous occasions and hasn't there has been multiple people over without an appt or the correct phone number asking for final payment that have no prior knowledge of the project agreements and they didn't even know the amount is to be determined due to the massive violations of the contract which they voided multiple times, mistakes, promises, damages etc then after confirming with with [redacted] that f

Quality First started working on this service Monday and should complete on or about Wednesday

Quality First has made repeated attempts since last April to contact this customer, both by phone and personal visits to his residence. Calls have been made by our project coordinator, the administrative department, the sales representative (including trips to the residence), the sales... manager, the CEO and the President (myself). All calls go unanswered and our voice mails do not get return calls.The customer's window order has been in our warehouse since late last March and we have been trying ever since to set up the installation, to no avail. We cannot get the patio cover and patio schedule, due to lack of his contact.In that Quality First has kept up its end of the contract, it is the customer who is in breach of contract. We are willing to cancel to contract, but will keep the down payments, even though they do not cover what the customer committed to in the event he cancelled the contract after the recession had expired, and materials were ordered and paid for by Quality First.

Very good experience with Quality First! I replaced almost all my windows and I am now finishing the last two windows and getting a new front doorVery pleased with Quality FirstI know that I am getting a quality product and the work is done to my satisfactionI would recommend them to anyone looking to do home improvements

I am rejecting this response because: My boyfriend, and owner of the property, and myself both called the company several times We called the number we were given at the time of contract We were given a different number each time that supposedly could address our concerns Every time we called and spoke to someone, or left a message, we never recieved a call back Only once did we recieve a call back, in which they scheduled someone to come out A representative came to our house and confirmed that indeed the wrong color was done and that they would most likely have to redo it or refund some of our money back He said he would talk to his supervisor and someone would be in touch with us soon No phone call or contact was ever made after that time, which was over months ago We used a credit program through Quality First We were told at the time of contract that we would be required to confirm that the work was done to agreement, and before they left the site they would walk through the work and have us sign off The day of the scheduled work the project supervisor said he would do the walk-through at the end of the job At the end of the first day he said that they would be back the next day to clean up and finish the project, which consisted of cleaning the work site and installing the drain cover He never came back, never finished the drain, and never had us sign off on the work We recieved the credit program bill the following month and have been paing on a project that was never done to agreement since We have scheduled a appointment with Quality First to view the site on Saturday, January We will allow this meeting but will not change our stance until the company can provide written proof that there was customer sign off on completion of the work At this point, Qulaity First has been collecting illegally on a debt for a project that was not done in accordance with State Law

I contracted with Quality First Home Improvement for a Cool Roof and Solar I was working during the time the roof was installed They did pull a permit for the roof but did not have the roof inspected The day the roof was completed was May 10, On May 10, when I got home I found notices taped to my home from the City of Vallejo Building Division 1) Failure to obtain the required Re-roof In-progress Re-inspection Citation & Penalties' require prior to re-inspection2) Correction Notice Must Remain at Job Sitelisting the violations of City and/or State laws governing the sameIt also stated that no more work is to be done upon these premises until the above violations are corrected3.)Permit I took photographs and texted them to the project manager ***, I also called him and left a voice message He called back later and promised that this would be taken care of on May at 6:pm, I texted him again on May 12th, 2018, I also spoke to [redacted] t

Service was fast and we love the new look on the homeWe got windows from quality first and they did the whole thing in one day! Thank you to the quality first team!

Had roof put on house Bad Job took inspections yr repairs not completed damage to home inside and out promised to repair now is threating to sue and put a lein on property San Jose crew can not be found, sales person died a person, Scott Gaberee come out promised the world and did not come back lot of damage needs to be fixed

The quality exceeded my expectations, the customer service even exceed that! From the moment I met with Tom and he described the product I knew I’d made an excellent decision to purchase the deck cover from Quality First

The representative was good at explaining the warranty and benefitsThe workers were friendly and had a strong work ethic to get the job done quickly! They helped me get financed to get the job done! Thank you Nick and crew!

This past week, our District Project Coordinator visited this customer. It was immediately determined that her complaint had nothing to do with the work done for her by Quality FIrst. Her problem was that her landscaper had disturbed bender board that the original builder had put in.... Our DPC removed the offending material and disposed of it for her. She now is happy.

Tim is a great salesman! Sold me on $30k worth of solar panels that I had to take a loan for Bonus: he said I would get a 70" LG HDTV as part of the promotion Panels went up really quickly; however, it took over a month for them to come out and show me how to monitor them and check production, etc This all happened in Dec/Jan After that time I called my salesman every couple of weeks and asked about the tv "It's coming, Angela They're on the way" is what I was consistently told Well, it's almost September and no tv and no contact from the company When I spoke to one of the "owners" he said well you have the solar panels, most people want the panels and it's not the tv that sells them Guess what, I would have bought the panels anyway But when you say you're going to do something, you should follow through I feel like they led me on for months! During that time, they actually called me trying to push their current promotion I politely declined the first times they called The 6th time, I asked them to quit calling me Customer service has gone out the window with businesses these days! It's disappointing I received a package in the mail and when I opened it, out came the solar blueprints/specifications and the permit No note So, I guess I'm supposed to hold onto them so if I need to find a repair person I'll have them By the way, the solar panels work great so far! Way to go LG! LG is doing it right I guess

We have been attempting to contact customer through phone and email to set a service appointment We will be doing services in the Redding area this week If the customer does not return our calls and set the appointment, we will be unable to complete their service

ON 7-16-I ENTERED A CONTRACT WITH QUALITY FIRST HOME IMPROVEMENT,INCTO HAVE SOME CONCRETE WORK DONE ON MY HOMEI PAID THE REQUIRED DEPOSIT OF $440.00, WITH THE BALANCE TO BE PAID UPON COMPLETION OF THE WORK, AT THE COMPLETION OF THE WORK THE BALANCE OF $AFTER THE WORKERS LEFT MY HOME I NOTICE THE EDGES OF THE CONCRETE WAS VERY UNEVEN AND RAGGITY I WASNT PLEACED WITH THE APPEARENCE OF THE FINISHED WORKI CONTACTED QUALITY FIRST TO INFORM THEM THAT I WAS'T PLEASED WITH THE FINISHED WORKTO HIS DAY THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO ANY OF MY CALLSI HAVE LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES VIA VOICE MAIL, BUT NO RESPONDS AS OF YETI'VE GROWN FRUSTRATED FROM BEING IGNORED!!!! ALL I WANT IS TO HAVE THE QUALITY OF WORK THAT I PAID FOR AND WHAT THEY GUANENTEED ME
