made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I did receive the other beanie on January 8 and it was correct finally. After I contacted the Revdex.com, the company finally responded and took care of my issue. I wish I would not have had to contact you in order to get the order completed correctly but I am happy that it is done.

if you did not see that. In fairness, we had to give priority to customers that ordered by our guarantee date. Now that Christmas has passed we are rapid fulfilling orders that came in after the cutoff. Your order is being processed this week and you will receive an email tracking number as soon as it ships. We've never not fulfilled an order and do our very best to inform our customers as to what to expect when ordering. Most times of the year we have a 1 day turn-around, but hopefully you can understand that the holidays are different due to the huge volume increase of orders.
