I talked with the customer service to double confirm that the accounts are still closed, and the credits are not thereI waited hours since sometimes the system takes time to process a requestHowever, nothing has been resolved.I appreciate your help and the QVC officer's time, I do believe he was trying to make it for me, but due to some unknown reason, the words in the response does not come true

Our customer wrote she placed an order with QVC for Item Number *** *** 60” Smart TV on Order
***Our customer contacted QVC to check on her order and discovered the TV order was cancelled by QVC and our customer was unable to obtain information as to whyAlso, the warranty purchased for this unit shipped and billedOur customer is upset the order was cancelled and the warranty was not refunded
QVC confirms the order for the *** TV placed on December 18, 2013, QVC’s Customer Finance Department attempted to contact our customer on December 28,at 4:23pm to confirm this order was placed by our customer leaving u call back number for our customer to call QVCThis verification is made to protect the card hold due to the high dollar purchaseThere is no record of a return call and on January 9,the order was cancelledQVC is sorry the shipped warranty for this order was not refunded at that timeThis error was corrected and a refund in the amount of $was issued on January 17, to the billed *** ***

RE: Complaint ID ***Revdex.com:I would like to say I appreciate your quick response to this issue, and also the quick response from QVC - that has not been my experience with them in the past with the other issues I've had with
them, and it is refreshing to see.QVC's letter states that their finance department sent me a letter notifying me that they would no longer be holding stock on my check orders, which is correct - but my issue with that, as initially stated, was that they only informed me they would be placing this "ban" on my orders after they put the ban in place - they never gave me a warning notice prior to doing so. This would have been significant in this situation, as I had no idea what I was doing was wrong (because their own representative told me it was "OK" to do what I was doing).In closing, I have to say I am very surprised QVC has chosen to do the right thing and release this ban, as my experience in the past years I've been with them has been that they do not normally work "with" me when issues arose. Unfortunately, because of that track record, I'm still skeptical that this release will take place, and take place in a timely manner. I truly hope they come through on their word
