We were very pleased with the service we received from Rob C at One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning, South East PA last Friday evening. Rob was very professional and well informed, as well as being very polite and friendly. We were very appreciative of the work that he performed to get our A/C back up and running again.

Excellent service with our emergency during the blizzard last month, and now during a second Carbon Monoxide scare. Steve identified the problem quickly, rectified the problem, and gave us superb service at a decent price. We'll sleep much better tonight!

Dave L. and Gabe who helped with the install of my new furnace and new a/c unit, both were super in every way possible . they worked really fast to get my house cooled down. and it was very hot that day.

Seth C. was assigned to repair our heating system that stopped working on an early cold Sat. morning. He arrived within the specified time slot. He was professional but also very friendly. He took the time to answer all of our question in a way that we could understand. He kept us informed throughout the repair process. I would highly recommend him and if I have any future problems, I hope he would be the service person to come to my house.

What a great company!! We had Mark K. as our A/C technician and we couldn't have been more pleased!! He was both knowledgable and informative!! I would recommend One Hour Heating/AC to any one of my family and/or friends. I'm sure all the techs are good, but I'll be requesting Mark K. again if he's available!!! I'd give this company and technician a rating of 15.....if I could!!!

Dave L[redacted] did an exceptional job of cleaning our chimney of bird nest debris, then cleaned our furnace. He was quick to identify the problem & find a workable solution. He also clearly explained options of financing the repair & maintaining/renewing our contract with Rohrer's. He was very focused, on task, professional & pleasant. Rohrer's is fortunate to have him as a top notch employee.

As usual, I have received good and competent service from One Hour AC and heating. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly.

I had my furnace serviced today the technician name was Dave L[redacted]. One great person, new what he was talking about.

My air conditioner went out on a 90 degree Summer Saturday. We called One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning, of South East PA. They sent a technician named Mark K. Who was very professional, fair and upfront about pricing, and knowledgeable. He was very dedicated to getting the job done working into the evening hours on a Saturday.

This was the first time during our service contract that someone came out to check the heating equipment. Rob C. was delightful, friendly, is a huge animal lover and was as professional as could be. Oh - he did a great job making sure our house is ready for the winter, too. I have been very happy with the jobs everyone from this company has performed from scheduling to maintenance. Thanks!

Excellent service

We called One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning, South East Pa late one evening in early July just as heat wave was beginning. Our air conditioner had frozen up and stopped working and we called One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning in the hopes to get on their schedule an get our A/C fixed. Given the heat and forecast we expected to be told good luck.. or be put on a wait list for days out. To our surprise we were able to secure an appointment in an hour, at 9:00 in the evening. When Mark K arrived he was pleasant, professional and did an excellent job in getting our A/C running before he left. Our job wasn't an easy one, it required that the motor and motor housing be replaced and we were fortunate that parts were available and the job could be done that night. I highly recommend.

Steve has always served me very well. He is very efficient, professional and knowledgeable. I always ask for him when setting up the appointment for my AC and furnace.

It was easy to set the appointment. We appreciate the call to let us know they are on the way. Very friendly, asked for concerns, went right to work and mid way reported on findings and recommended (with no pressure) updates.

Dave L. (w/glasses) was my tech. for the service call/ heat pump inspection. He was very courteous and professional, explaining the results of the inspection to me.
