Mark did a fine job of performing maintenance and service on our heat pump. He explained everything very thoroughly and exhibited very professional and pleasant interaction with us during his visit today. One Hour Heating and A/C always delivers quality service which we have grown to expect. Mark did not disappoint for this visit.

I have used this company since we moved to the Lancaster PA. They all have been great to work with. I have used them for electric, plumbing ,heater and air conditioning.
I would recommend them to anyone.

Seth C came to our house this morning at 10:00 a.m. to check our furnace as part of our maintenance program. He did not enter my house before he put on the slippers over his shoes. Then he went to work in checking first the thermostat and then down stairs to the furnace room. He checked over everything thoroughly and even changed the filter! Everything checked out great!! Seth then asked if we had ever had the air ducts cleaned and explained the process. We signed on with the offer and we are looking forward to getting our whole system cleaned and working top notch this winter!! Thank you, Seth, for your help and work today!!

The Service Pro, Rob C came today for my yearly checkup on the air conditioning unit. He was very professional and considerate. Rob was pleasant and did an excellent job of checking out the unit, making sure everything was working the way it should. I am so glad we chose this company for our maintenance agreement. I would highly recommend them.

I am rejecting this response because:
The technician didn't offer me a quote on fixing the unit because he said it was to dirty and needed replaced. The company that did come out and clean it said there is no case or enclosure missing from this unit.  the unit is 9 years old which is not old for an ac and furnace system. The technician came here and charged me 379.00 and that was the fee for them coming out. They are clearly being dishonest once again. I was never quoted anything but a whole new unit needed to be put in technician said it could not be cleaned it was too dirty. That is why I got a second opinion from someone else. If he would of been honest and said it just neede a good cleaning that would of been great. He'd not. He had a salesman knocking on my door 9am the next day. To sell me a new unit. Preston E[redacted] was the salesman. I had my unit cleaned and it works great. It did not even need repaired for parts or anything the company I used cleaned everything's done it runs like brand new one hour heating are defrauding hard working people.  Obviously it is all thru the business from bottom to top

Rohrer's One Hour H & AC techs have always performed exceptionally well. They have been servicing my system for over 5+ years without a call back. Corey R. was the most recent tech and he was excellent. He explained what he was doing, what issues he found, told me the cost to repair, etc.

Professional service, on time appointments, work done was explained well. David L[redacted] was courteous, kind and thorough.

Nathan performed his duties in a workman like manner. Was courteous and explained what needed to be done. No pressure.

Steve was very helpful while doing our home maintenance on heating and a.c. Today. He carefully explained all the steps as he took them, specifically alerting me when something new was needed in either case. I found myself very comfortable with his manner and knowledge, and so I followed his suggestions.

He quickly installed multiple new options, was very personable. We have been using Rohrer's One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning for the 10 years we've owned our home. I am always amazed at how polite and trustworthy each of our technicians are every visit. They are extremely thorough and work very hard to find the problem and to make sure the fix is permanent. Our recent technician, Mark K., had a substantial job to do at our home, but was extremely patient in describing every step of the process and making sure everything was done correctly. I will continue to highly recommend Rohrer's One Hour to anyone in need of heating and air conditioning issues.
