Very pleased with Superior... Bryce was the lead on both jobs we've had done. He is professional, informing me the entire time the crew was here how it was going how long it would take them.. Very patient with me putting my dogs away.

Brianna in the office also top notch. Professional, friendly, called with a service reminder. I absolutely recommend this company and will continue to use for our home.

Terry D and his crew came out to trouble shoot what was causing our air conditioner to function very inefficiently. They took the time to correctly diagnose the problem (a rodent hole)and provided a temporary fix until they could return after the weekend with the correct, permanent fix. We appreciated the temporary fix so we could have air conditioning over the weekend and their speedy return with the “real” fix on Tuesday. Thanks!

I hired Superior to do a relevel on my manufactured mobile home. They found a lot of additional work that needed done underneath. Skunks had been underneath and did a lot of damage. I purchased the home December 2018. The damage was prior to my purchase. Duct torn away from bottom of heating unit left a big hole. They replaced the duct, $475. Duct cleaning, $295. Tightened supports and lifted NW corner, $295. Sealed air handler and collars re-screwed and sealed, $400. Repaired damage to vapor barrier, added insulation, $975. I have spoken to the receptionist a few times. I have spoken to the owner once and made a request for labor and material costs. He refused to provide that and said that's not the way he does his pricing. There were four workers here. The one that gave me the estimate had figures written on a small piece of paper. He gave me the total and didn't show me the piece of paper. I questioned him on the figures and then he told me, You're not going to find anyone else to do this kind of work. When I talked to the owner he started ranting and venting at me, saying something about how I vote; what the government puts him through; what it costs to run his business; trying to keep employees; and what a nasty, dirty business it is, crawling under houses and crawling through feces; and that I couldn't find anyone else to do this nasty work. I was very nice to him and I was just requesting the labor and material costs. I'm entitled to know that. I felt I didn't have a choice; the work needed to be done. They had already done the level before I got the estimate for the rest of the work. Afterwards I felt very ripped off as a single woman living by herself. They were only here 3.5 hours. $2440 divided by 3.5 is $697 per hour. Ridiculous in anyone's book! I contacted another person that I found out after the fact that does relevels and told him what work they did and the costs, and he told me I was definitely taken advantage of.

We just had Jose, George, Adam and Joaquin level our manufactured home and clean and repair the vents. They were a pleasure to have in our home. They worked well as a team and accomplished a professional job. They were all four very respectful of our carpet (wearing shoe coverings) and our little animals (we have 2 small dogs and a cat). We cannot say enough! We shall certainly recommend Superior Mobile Home Service to anyone that needs a fair and equitable price for a job WELL DONE!

I just had Superior Mobile homes out of Mesa Arizona re-level my modular, clean the vents and replace some old duct work. I highly recommend this company for any of this type of work.

The crew was punctual, thorough, exceptionally professional and very pleasant. Terry explained what and why about everything they were doing, there was no "up sales" BS and his crew were very conscientious about cleaning up their mess and very careful with my carpet.

Again , I highly recommend this company if you need excellent and professional service combined with reasonable costs !

The ABSOLUTE BEST customer service! Had a real estate agent refer them to come do our repairs to get our engineer certification after having a situation with previous company who was giving us the run around after everything they (previous company) requested to be fixed was fixed correctly by Superior! Which the men from Superior were very polite and I felt comfortable with the requests he offered & wasn't pushy about it at all! I would 100% refer and use Superior again if ever needed! They made us feel respected & cared about our needs and did everything they could to get us closed by the date we needed!!

We cannot possibly express the gratitude we have for the outstanding service that Superior showed us everytime they have done work for us. First of all, they are very prompt and show up on with a great attitude. They work with a high level of integrity, clean up after themselves professionally, and afforded us with dignity and respect. PJ, a supervisor, has a high level of expertise and tremendous communication skills, and the crew have a love for people and it shows. We are seniors and they were so kind and patient. I am part of a local non-profit organization that reaches out to our military members and we needed some cleaning, rebuilding and repairs done, and shelves built inside where we store products to send out. They were simply amazing. They worked so efficiently and were very reasonably priced that we would recommend them to anyone. It is not always easy to find trustworthy customer service and fine workmanship these days; but in our opinion, this is one company worthy of great praise!

Our triple wide mobile home in Kingman, AZ was in need of leveling. Doors inside the house would no longer even shut! PJ and his crew were courteous, helpful, friendly and offered easy to understand explanations all through the process. I also had them clean the duct work and that was also efficiently done. Very neat and professional actions by PJ and his crew. Highly recommend. Superior Mobile Homes has a good group representing them.

The positive reviews don't lie, they did what they said they would do, prompt, Reggie and the crew were friendly, professional and quick. Did a good job explained my future options no up selling, no pressure! I'll have them back in a couple of years to keep on top off the settling.

We had PJ and his crew come out Tuesday February 6th for a real level on our home. arrived on time, very professional, and courteous. after Level was complete I was shown images from underneath our home. Vapor barrier had been compromised in several areas. I was Given options and pricing. Never felt like they were trying to upsell any additional services. gave the go-ahead for crew to complete that service also. PJ kept me in the loop the whole time while adjusting various door hardware inside our home. To review SUPERIOR and adequately reflect their value, I'd need to display before & after pics, videos of crews at work, and more space than this format allows. Bottom line: this organization knows their trade and it shows. Furthermore, every time SUPERIOR did work, they were clear about what to expect from them as well as when to call upon others (plumbing, electric, etc). End result: they under-sell & OVER-deliver; unlike most who over-sell/under-deliver (or don't even show up). Mine was a tricky park model (other contractors agreed): very old, very deteriorated, VERY amateurly patchworked to sell quickly. I researched top rated contractors, collected estimates, and all companies I utilized were good....but THIS ONE takes the cake: Re-leveling, insulation/vapor barrier, pest blocking, concrete work, and more. They explained everything to my extreme satisfaction. No question or request was ignored. Pricing was always right on -- lower than others in some cases. Top notch service from office calls, fitting my home into their schedules on multiple occasions, consideration of my resort neighbors, utilizing best/latest techniques/equipment, & cleaning up, to being on time, on budget, & on target with solid results. Every. Single. Project. Anyone they send out will impress with their hefty knowledge & expertise AND their courteous professionalism & unbeatable teamwork. Of special note: team lead Devin (speedy, skillful, & seasoned "house whisperer") & P.J. (outlining ways I could save money in the long haul). This company is doing something right. I didn’t really know what to expect when I called and ordered a re- level on our 20+ year old double wide home. Superior has a very good rating with Revdex.com and that was encouraging. I had hauled and set mobile homes in my younger days and had a little knowledge of how things should be done but that was a lifetime ago. I have to say I was very impressed with the way I was treated from the scheduling, to the actual process of re-leveling the house. T.J. and his crew arrived on time and ready to get to work. In a few minutes they had accessed the underside of the house and communicating via 2-way radio had begun the process. With one person inside checking the level and two underneath it took a little over an hour to complete the entire job including a comprehensive underside inspection. They even took pictures so that I could see what they had found. After the re-leveling was complete all doors were checked to make sure they opened and closed properly and a few adjustments were made. I’m very happy with the service and the crew. They did an excellent job and were very honest about what they did and did not find under the house. Nice job! Great crew! Will definitely call them when I need to have it done again.

We had Superior Mobile Home Service re-level our manufactured home today and Connors' crew did an excellent job. Everything was explained in advance. All of our concerns were addressed and what could be corrected by the re-level was done to our satisfaction. All recommended fixes to the conditions underside were explained fully, including the cost of each correction.

I was stunned at the professional and efficiency of Reggie's team to re-level, not only my mobile home, but my sisters as well. The equipment they had was exceptional in showing and detailing the issues so we could visually see for ourselves the problems. Their work was outstanding!
