I can not believe how professional this company is. They didn't charge a penny over what I was quoted and with the job they did, im completely satisfied. Austin Pratt and his crew spent a good amount of time at our home and were so very honest with us. Will have them back to clean our duct work in the spring!!

Superior Mobile Home Service: The mailer quotes $195.00 for "leveling." I made the appointment and they arrived at 8 a.m. and said they had to have access to the entire house as they used a laser INSIDE. My wife was not awake yet. I had no idea they needed to come into our bedroom. After completing the leveling I was preparing to write a check for $195 but was told I owed $295. The $195 figure was just the "basic" service. I was then shown photos of some loose insulation. I asked why they didn't just tack it up while they were under there. They said THAT service would cost ANOTHER $395.00 NO WAY!! False advertising and trumped up charges - don't you agree?
Mr., We told you when you called the starting price for smaller mobile homes would be $195. It say's that right on the add your talking about? We asked you several questions then told you your house would be $295. We also told you we needed to get in the house to do our job. You also had several holes in your vapor barrier under your house and had missing insulation that we told you about. We even showed you pictures of the issues. We gave you a price of $395 to fix it. Did you think we would fix all the issues under your house for free, that we found , that have nothing to do with re-leveling your house? I have been a licenced contractor for 32 years doing re-leveling of mobile homes. My company does over 3,000 of these a year all over the southwest. We tell every customer the exact same thing. The exact thing we told you. It's not false advertising when it say's "Starting at $195". A smaller home is going to be less then a larger house like yours.
Apparently the young lady who took my call does not go by your alleged "script." She did NOT up-grade my charges nor tell me they would HAVE to enter the house. Based on the description I was given and the pictures they took, I was totally SHOCKED by the $395 cost to re-tape the loose insulation. I asked if they could complete the minor problems and was told, NO, they would have to set up another appointment. I also asked them to give YOU my message regarding the amount. Perhaps the Revdex.com has positive and satisfied ratings from some of you other 3,000 customers? I stand by my original comments.
Very positive experience. My 87 year old mother, in Bullhead City Arizona, needed her mobile home leveled due to cracks in her ceiling. Cody and his team came out, leveled her home and got rid of a squeak in her bathroom floor. Cody was so patient and explained everything to my mother. Cody is an asset to his company. We will definitely call them for releveling and any repairs she needs in the future. We highly recommend Superior!
