Review: I placed an order on April 16th on Govacuum.com for a [redacted] Wind Tunnel Upright Vacuum Cleaner Dust Brush, Fits: Model [redacted], - [redacted] Part Number [redacted], color beige. I paid $11.63. I never received the cleaning brush. I called once a week for the last 5 weeks and have been told by either [redacted] or [redacted] that my order was in process of fulfilling. On Friday, May 16th, [redacted] gave me [redacted] tracking # [redacted]. I let him know that the tracking number was not valid. All it showed was the label was created at [redacted]. He insists this is a valid tracking number. In fact the label was never utilized. My last call was today, Monday May 19th, he advised me the "other company" would ship it asap. What other company? I really believe this is not a legitimate company. It seems to be a website where they take your money, then have another company fill their orders. I want my product and my money back at this point.Desired Settlement: I want my product I ordered and my money back at this point. Both

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is less than satisfactory to me. A refund in the amount of $4.13 of the $11.63 I paid for the product was returned to my credit card. I was not refunded all the monies I paid. I'm finished with this company and consider this issue resolved. I've spent too much time already on this. Thank you for your assistance.

Review: Site clearly states product would ship in 24 hours. Never shipped. Tried to contact them by e mail and did not receive an e mail back until 24 hours later. Tried to get their online support after getting only voice mail over the phone, was immediately answered but when they found out it was a complaint and not another product order it went idle on their end and them was terminated. Used there pull tag system for complaints and never received a response other than automated on. Finally got a customer service response with the usual run around answer and not to all my questions. After 2 days the ticket had been deleted again with out answers. Had to pull another ticket and start over. Mean while no merchandise and money held up. Also their advertising some kind of Revdex.com lable on their site but have no such affiliation with the Revdex.com. This appears to be fraud in my opinion!Desired Settlement: I would prefer to get credit back and just cancel the order only to never work with this company again or at least ship the darn order as promised but again I will Never use this company again.

Review: I ordered a bona vacuum and products. The vacuum did not work right. I called them and after numerous tries spoke to a person by the name of [redacted]. I explained everything to him and that we wanted our credit cards credited in the amount of $59.10. He assured me he would handle everything. Everything I had ordered on cr [redacted] in April, 2013 had been returned and I was awailing my credit. After many attempts at calling and no answer my only other avenue is to write to the Revdex.com. I hope you can help me because this [redacted] of vacuum unlimited is doing nothing.
